Spacious and inviting dining areasCons: food didn’t look or taste fresh, our server was totally confused: forgot to cut the corn, came to our table with a corn stick in hand while looking somewhere else and not paying attention where the stick was going/hitting!!It took us couple of reminders to finally get any additional item.

I like to dine at Chilis semi-frequently. I expect servers to have basic etiquette when approaching a guest for the first time. Something so simple as saying hello and introducing yourself goes a long way.On two separate occasions here, two different servers failed to say hello. The first words out of their mouths were to ask if I was ready to order. ? It shouldn’t be difficult to introduce yourself and to smile when serving guests.Once my order was taken, the server disappeared until I finished my food and was ready to pay. I’m not sure why this happens, but a check-in every now and then wouldn’t hurt.The servers here should be retrained on customer service skills. Treat your guests the way you’d like to be treated. I’m very easy to get along with, but I cannot stand poor service skills. Don’t expect me to tip if you cannot do the basics of your job.

Yuck! Restaurant and food quality went down hill fast! Watch for the tumble weeds.Ordered santa Fe salad thinking I'm eating semi-healthy. Salad had jalapeños in it, and they served it with jalapeño juice dressing. YIKES. I have severe gastrointestinal issues, and no doubt this messed me up!!!Customer service called and apologized. Said I'd get a restaurant credit but never did.Stupid me.... I forget easily and ordered with Chili's again.... hopeful for a redemption. No luck ?Ordered appetizer sampler, which included sliders. Again, I customized the order and picked it up for them to royally screw up my order again.If it's 12am and you're drunk, this is the place to be. If you're like the rest of us... keep it moving.... Jack in the crack down the street is 1000% better than what you get here. At least you get your money's worth there. DO BETTER CHILI'S....?

The worst ribs ever and probably forever. I have never try such a dry burn and flavorless ribs in my 20 years old. Just so disappointed probably never going

Food was good but the manager was extremely unpleasant to talk to and our waiters kept forgetting our items.
Our male waiter was rude and kept rushing us to order. There was 5 of us. I asked for well done fried chicken sandwich. Everything came luke warm, definitely not well done or extra crispy chicken. I told the waiter and he raised his voice to say it was done right. I handed him my plate and grabbed the plate from my hand and slammed it on the other table. My sister had gotten a very well done chicken sandwich and I think the plates had got mixed up.The manager came out and fixed his mistake / mess. She actually made me something else. It all worked out and although his attitude did change... the damage had been done for our visit.

I had a really bad experience at this Chili's and almost had to go to urgent care due to a problem with food consumption!! I won't go into detail but be very careful while eating here. Or don't go at all. I will never go back to this restaurant and any time I eat out again I will be super careful or won't even risk eating anything that looks edible but isn't and could harm you!!
