This is not a one-off, it's been a recurring theme where either they are missing basic offerings like cheese, sour cream or pinto beans? To actually having a very unpleasant eatery and poor service altogether, nothing alike the ads on TV, not fresh looking meats and everything in between.
This Chipotle deserves the worst rating for lack of customer service and food. Irrespective of what time you go, they are out of rice, fajitas, beans etc. The employees here are lazy and care less. Today, I walked in at 2:30 pm which is not a busy time of the day and they were out of rice, fajitas. Terrible service. It took over 45 minutes to get my food. There was only 1 employee working while the other ones were not helping him. The worst of all is that they were serving UNCOOKED rice. I ordered a bowl and the rice is hard and not cooked at all. This is a health hazard and unacceptable. I strongly suggest that you do not go to this place for your own sake.
