So don’t ever go to Chipotle. That should change. The “hack” everyone knows is to get a bowl is of course what we did. Had their plant based meat with brown rice, both beans, salsa, lettuce, corn, guacamole and whatever else that’s vegan. The server was super nice, instantly realized we were new to ordering at Chipotle, and took the time to explain each ordering option, what option was popular (bowl), and what else we could do (tortillas on side, Etc). Ordered chips, 1 bowl, 2 tortillas & 2 cups for water. It was enough food to make 4 burritos- next time I’ll get 4 tortillas. The server wasn’t the only staff member who was super nice. 3 others were literally just as nice as well. Price/value/service/ease/time/taste = I get what the hype is about and will be back. Thanks ?

Healthy, tasty food with a crew always ready to extend extra service. I ask for extra pinto beans sauce and they are very accommodating, every time. Not the beans, just the sauce! I love this place and its workers!

4/1 @ 12:50pm, no brown rice, no chicken, no steak…bad service, customer leaving the restaurant and no one at the restaurant cared at all. More than 15 customers left the restaurant in 15 minutes period. I ordered whatever they had and I end up with uncooked white rice and watery bowl. Avoid this store until whoever is running the store is trained properly.

I guess this place is way understaffed. The wait is long. They are often out of basic things like even tomato salsa so if you order online you have no idea what you will actually get.

Cashiers don’t know how to swipe a giftcard, they all don’t seem happy bad environment no napkins or spoons. Food is good sometimes very small portion of meat sometimes it’s a good amount definitely not worth the money but hey they got me coming back once a week.

Terrible service. It took over 45 minutes to get my food. There was only 1 employee working while the other ones were not helping him. The worst of all is that they were serving UNCOOKED rice. I ordered a bowl and the rice is hard and not cooked at all. This is a health hazard and unacceptable. I strongly suggest that you do not go to this place for your own sake.

Busy place. Some employees do what they can. Hispanic young girl on the register is absolutely rude. Definitely employees need customer service training. Horrible service.

This is not a one-off, it's been a recurring theme where either they are missing basic offerings like cheese, sour cream or pinto beans? To actually having a very unpleasant eatery and poor service altogether, nothing alike the ads on TV, not fresh looking meats and everything in between.

This Chipotle deserves the worst rating for lack of customer service and food. Irrespective of what time you go, they are out of rice, fajitas, beans etc. The employees here are lazy and care less. Today, I walked in at 2:30 pm which is not a busy time of the day and they were out of rice, fajitas. The bins were empty and dried out which means they didn’t prepare it seems when the last batch ran out. i asked them if they had it cooking and was prepared to wait. They said they weren’t and I asked why and they said “we are not going to right now”. I told them this not usual for this Chipotle as I had similar experiences in the past. One employee said “Yeah, please post a review and we will take a look”.I am not coming to my this Chipotle ever.

The service was good. Beans were not seasoned. Food was fresh with good portions, though (we went at lunch time). Chips were a bit stale. The atmosphere is somewhat sad and dirty. The dining room is small. But, they do have outdoor seating and bathrooms.Parking: There is handicap seating, but there's not a lot of seating in general, and the dining room is cramped.

So this Chipotle is the absolute WORST! We have DoorDashed from here 3 times and this will be the last. Every time there's something missing or they don't send utensils when you specifically request. This time I paid $3.95 for gauc and this is what I got. A single little dab. Which tells me they didn't forget it, they just straight up didn't care and gave me a tbsp serving knowing that it was a DoorDash order so I couldn't complain. This is the first review I've ever left because I'm so irritated with their laziness. It's like they gave me the last tiny bit that was left in the container and didn't want to bother getting another container. Ridiculous. $20 for a burrito bowl should look like $20 worth of food. Hubbys sour cream was missing from his burrito as well.

Had a poor experience at the Blossom Hill location but returned for a second try. Never again… walked in around 7:15 for dinner to wait for lettuce, then no veggies, no fresh meats, out of guacamole and cheese, and two small bags of chips left. I dealt with it but only finished half of the food because of the quality. Additionally, this location would not pass a food a safety test, and the service was unfriendly. The food was cold and the place was filthy. I highly recommend to not go to this Chipotle. Or any…. Nothing like their commercials. Management obviously doesn’t visit there stores.

I recently visited Chipotle with high hopes, looking forward to a fulfilling meal. My order was a bowl with double white rice, double steak, fajitas, and hot sauce. The price came up to an astonishing $20, which I found quite steep, but I was willing to pay for what I hoped would be a quality meal. However, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. Firstly, the portion sizes did not justify the high price. For $20, I expected a bowl filled with generous servings of steak and accompaniments, but what I received was underwhelming. The steak was scanty and not as flavorful as I anticipated. It seemed like they skimped on the ingredients, despite me paying extra for double portions.Furthermore, the overall taste and quality of the food were subpar. The rice was bland, the fajitas lacked freshness, and the hot sauce didn’t add the expected kick to the meal. My 11-year-old, who was looking forward to this meal, was left sad and dissatisfied. It’s disheartening when a family meal out, which should be enjoyable, turns into a letdown, especially when it comes at such a high cost. I’ve had better experiences at Chipotle in the past, but this particular visit was a letdown. It’s unlikely that we’ll return anytime soon, especially considering the cost versus the quality and quantity of food served.

Love Chipotle, but the service here is too slow! Sucks to wait 40 min, being only 10th in the line, only to discover they are low on ingredients.
