The food is usually prepared well, today the meats were on the dry side. My biggest complaint is about the service. Most of the time the cashiers look like they don't want to be there. I think the negative attitudes can affect the business and the potential tips for the other employees. When you order and they say "name?" and don't even say thank you after you pay, in my opinion is terrible customer service. This is my favorite, L & L barbecue. The food is always fresh and ready when I arrive. Service is always friendly and portions are very large. Prices have gone up over the years but the food is always worth it. The minis are a tremendous amount of food. And you can ask for all macaroni salad if you don't want rice. Highly recommend.
