“La comida es super deliciosa“

“This time I got to try the lechona with a Pony Malta. The pork was excellent—super tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It comes with rice and a corn arepa, which makes for a delicious and very traditional Colombian meal.

Pony Malta has a pretty unique taste. Personally, it wasn’t my favorite drink because I’m not used to that kind of flavor, but it’s definitely worth trying so you can decide for yourself.

As for the service, I had two very different experiences. The Colombian guy who helped me was warm, friendly, and took the time to explain the dishes and share a little about his culture, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable.

On the other hand, the service from the two women left a lot to be desired. They never came by to check if I needed anything, and when it was time to pay, one of them was pretty serious and straightforward. There’s nothing wrong with that—they were simply doing their job—but I think the experience would be even better if they were a bit more welcoming and attentive.

Even so, I decided to keep my rating high because the amazing food and the excellent service from the guy made up for that part of the experience.

Overall, it’s a nice place with authentic, delicious Colombian food. If you stop by, go for the food and the cultural experience. The service may depend on who you get, but when someone takes the time to help you and share a little about their culture, it’s absolutely worth the visit.“

“Omg! The Yummiest Empanadas I’ve tasted. It’s a perfectly baked flakey perfect every bite. I can’t wait to go back for more!“

“Valeria was our server. She was very helpful in recommending delicious dishes for us as first-timers. The chicken empanadas were perfectly crispy with very tasty filling. The patacon con camrones (Shrimp plantains) was also very good. The shrimp was perfectly cooked -soft and flavorful. The mushroom chicken was also delicious. Valeria was great giving us a sample of sauces. The aji (columbian salsa-like) is so very good.“

“I was there last night and had the Platillo Durango. It was delicious. A lot of food for $17.99. Ate the stuffed pepper, beans and rice; Very good! Took the two enchiladas and tamale home for a meal today. Really tasty food. Can't wait to go again.“

“THE FOOD IS AMAZING! The menu is extensive which is great. It can be a bit overwhelming but the options are all worth trying they're all classic Colombian fast food. We got the Cono Parce and the Patacón Colombiano. We also got deditos de queso and arepas dulces as appetizers and were delicious.

I really enjoyed the sancocho de gallina — full of traditional, homemade flavors and made with fresh, authentic Colombian ingredients. The empanadas were absolutely delicious, crispy on the outside and perfectly seasoned inside. If you’re looking for real Colombian cuisine and comforting dishes, this restaurant is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended!“

“The best, authentic Colombian food!! Restaurant and bathrooms are clean. Servers are nice and attentive. Atmosphere is cozy and we felt at home. If you want COLOMBIAN comfort food with fair prices and big portions, we highly recommend!

Please know that Colombian food, including arepas, will be different from other South and Central American countries. Be open minded if you've never had Colombian food before!!“
