Dunkin' Donuts in San Jose

“First time I visited this Dunkin Donuts. Very nice, patient, professional, and helpful staff. Willing to explain and help me customize my coffee order, donut, and bagel order - black with almond milk on side in separate cup, sliced no toasted multi grain bagel, etc. Hope even remembered exactly what I wanted. Thank you Hope! Given the great experience, we plan to come back often.“

“Best Dunkin Donuts Branch ever. Food and snacks were served warm and fresh, how they prep your donuts in the box- clean and I love how they made my matcha order it’s perfect!!! They have quiet corners or seating arrangements that provide more privacy for laptop use unlike other locations, and they have friendly staff and manager. Definitely coming back.“

“Normally when I go to Dunkin’ the staff doesn’t seem to care if they even have a job. But today at this Dunkin I met probably one of the best employees at any Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Was there around 3:30ish forgot to get her name but she was very helpful. Was able to assist my wife ordering a drink she can never remember the name of by just a minor description. Great job on drinks and sandwiches were very good.“
