They did my wedding this past Saturday 9/21/19 and my wife and I couldn’t be more happy with everything they did, the decorations were amazing, the food was yummy, the dessert table was outstanding specially the flan! And the Cake was just phenomenal! Next day everyone asked me if we still had more cake! It was really delicious. Lulu and her team did an amazing job!!! Thank you so much. “Their masala dosa is excellent. Tastes just like what you get in Bangalore. Their onion dosa is good too. The food has been good consistently.
There is a 20+ minute wait time even after you order pickup. There aren’t a lot of places to comfortably sit and eat in. It looks like a cloud kitchen.

“Last night Chef John Alverez and his staff Eric and Diana catered the most amazing dinner! The occasion was a 50th family birthday party for our daughter with 21 guests ranging from 2 months to 80. Our theme was Mexican and everyone agreed the food and service were the absolute best! John Alverez and his team Eric and Diana brought their own kitchen which they set up on our deck even though my kitchen was available for use. This allows them to keep every thing they cook at exactly the right temperate. The chicken, shrimp and beef were cooked to perfection! All food was beautifully presented and tasty. Desserts were beautiful and spectacular. The team was so respectful and easy to work with. I highly recommend Five Course Provisions and will definitely hire them again!!!

“We have used The Party Helpers for two SJSU Marching Bandgiving lunches, which always take place on the SJSU football game weekend right after Thanksgiving. Feeding more than 100 college marching band students, staff, and our director after a 2½-hour band practice is no small task, yet The Party Helpers consistently deliver. They provide delicious food that fills everyone’s stomachs and lifts their spirits.

The quality of their food, their attention to decorations and setup requests, and the professionalism of staff members like Luis and Carlos are truly outstanding. They are one of the best catering companies I have worked with in my 30 years at SJSU.

“Had a great experience here! Shoutout to the staff member who took our order. She was super sweet and patient. It was our first time and she helped us decide what to get. We ordered the kerala chai and egg puffs and really enjoyed everything. The chai was flavorful and comforting!!
Also the whole place had such a cozy atmosphere and is a good spot to hang out. Looking forward to coming back and trying more!

“My friend and I were bar hopping in San Jose. We needed a little sustenance around midnight and were told that tacos at this truck were the bomb. I got al pastor and chorizo the first time. I liked the al pastor more than the chorizo. Would have gotten lengua if they hadn’t run out.

We went to Paper Plane to get more drinks before going back for more tacos at 2am. This time, my friend and I each got 3 tacos of tripa since he said it was additive. Yeah, we wolfed down the tacos pretty quickly.

Maybe I should try other things on the menu, but the tacos were sooo good. Yeah, definitely would visit again!“

I worked with them to finalize all details two weeks before our event and they were responsive and communicative. On the day of our event, I received a call confirming the location. Their team of two showed up right on time and quickly arranged a beautiful buffet table and onsite cooking space. Their team was warm and friendly, made the set-up and cooking look effortless, and were extremely accommodating of our group’s needs. “It's great. Clean, spacious, and yeah lots of food trucks here which is a pretty good recommendation. As for the guy saying it's "dirty" it's not, although it's in an industrial area and the surrounding businesses can be scruffy looking. As for stinky, there's a landscaping place across the street and guess what they sell? Fertilizer. I think they've toned it down lately because I've not smelled that stink in about a year now.“

“Buffet average ( but only 16.95 if you go Mon-Thurs). Fri is more expensive. Both Rices are very good. Biryani? & Dessert Rice delicious. Butter Chicken is always good. I think Dad forgot to try Butter Chicken. Tandoori is very good texture. Nice pieces of chicken. But only thing is flavour light ( but texture good). I recommend you put Butter Chicken tomato sauce on top of the Tandoor chicken as its the best sauce. However, I found the other sauces to be lacking a little flavour. I love Daal or Dhal but it just seem average? I forgot to try the potato one ( I get quickly full as small stomach). They did have a very nice looking Mango salad but the mango were firm ( not ripe) so I wish the Mango more sweet ( lucky I only took 3 small piece so did not waste). But they have a red sauce was very sweet. I recommend the red looking sauce to put on Mango. There is green sauce ( Coriander) but very salty. I wish they have regular coriander or cilantro for people like me who avoid too much salt. Overall light taste. The Yogurt is light salty but good. The Chai tea is excellent but no sugar. I am lazy. but i have a feeling if I put more sugar in my tea it is very good tea. Service is excellent. They immediate bus your table. Since I dont eat very much they bus my table everytime my small plate was finish. Oh, Naan look delicious (free with buffet) Dad ate it. I did not eat Naan ( I cut back on gluten) but rice is very good. They also had 3rd rice or maybe it was nut or coconut ( Im not sure)...I did not take much because I was afraid it might be sweet but very good. I like to know what was in it ( look good)“
