“I used to go to the Sourdough Eatery on Oakland Rd. Im so glad my GPS brought me here instead. Parking is a bit of a hustle but these are some of the best sandwiches in town! The bread is fresh and delicious and the meats are freshly sliced! I got to meet the owner and found out they’ve been here since the 1970s!“

My first visit here today. I googled this place before coming. I was not disappointed! My grilled pork without egg banh mi was delicious. I bought a thai tea. The flavors were on point. I also bought 10 mini freshly made bread to go. The manager Calvin, was so friendly and nice. The prices were friendly like their services. The food was just as outstanding! I would definitely come back to this place when I am in San Jose.“

“That unkosher Reuben is so good 😋 , was crazing a delicious Reuben and spread came through ! Delicious sandwich food pickles with a crunch on the side and a Alvarado street beer , perfect combo . Discount on beer from 3-8pm I believe . Thankfully i stoped here for food it’s very close to home , might just be back tomorrow for lunch! “I don't like the new site design with placing the order upfront and then waiting to pickup the sandwiches. it feels like a burger place then the old Togos. the new design is slower and I've had more problems, like getting the wrong sandwich in my bag since multiple people are working on a single order. if this continues to be an issue I'll find a different location to visit.“

NOEMI explained the items to me and gave me a sample of a spicy chicken tortilla soup. I chose a delicious tomato basil in cup size and larger bowl size is available Soup is great with grated cheese. I opted for no croutons
The menu includes coffees, two styles of hot chocolate and the Spicy Maya is great bottled CocaCola ® products available.
They offer an array of breakfast goodies, salads, sandwiches, wraps, quesadillas, and signature tortas This is a heat place to cater a corporate event ir luncheon
The venue is accessible in the first floor of the building. The deli door is open. Accessible order and pick up counter with accessible indoor tables and uncovered area outdoors with a few accessible tables along slightly busy drive
I parked in 2 hour free spot on Metro but these spots are hard to come by
Men’s and women’s restrooms are accessible with dedicated stall 2 grab bars and 5ftx 10 ft space and mostly hands free operation Need a key code restroom sign in braille

“Had lunch here and the sandwich was amazing. I ordered a pastrami sandwich and it was one of the best hot pastrami sandwiches I ever had. It was flavorful and had a lot of meat. I was not able to finish my sandwich. I wish I had a picture to show you the amount of meat that was packed on this sandwich. Also, the service was amazing! Paul was really friendly and provided great customer service. Will definitely come back to try other sandwiches.“

“Everything is great except it was super warm in there. One of the employees said it was almost 80 degrees on the thermostat on the wall. I wouldn’t eat there. Definitely a TOgo order! A little pricey for me but I still pay for it, I recommend the sweet and spicy meatball sub, and the steak and cheese, and the spicy Cajun chicken sandwich. All so yummy 😋 Also very friendly staff. “Mom and pop shop that changed management a couple years back; I’ve had the sandwiches a couple times, and it’s always hit the spot! As a San Jose native, there’s a lot of good bánh mì places but this one is definitely solid. All the sandwiches are made to order and you get value for the prices, especially with the buy 5 get one free deal. The service is great and the owners are usually there in the back! I recommend giving it a try. My go-to is the bánh mì đặc biệt, it’s a classic and I personally like my sandwiches a bit fatty to balance with the veggies.“

“A little questionable for the location, but my biggest turn off was the staff and the fact you can't see them prepping your sandwich like other TOGO'S locations.
They were talking amongst themselves in Spanish the entire time, which I don't really care about but that paired with the fact it was all done behind a counter I couldn't see just left me wondering if they had properly heard what I wanted in my sandwich.
I luckily I ordered a classic 24 so it was easy enough. I'd go again if I had to though. It's the only TOGO'S in the area I believe.“

“Speaking of Vietnamese ‘street food’ this small shop have a very great selection of snacks and to go meals.

Situated in the Lion Plaza, parking is so easy. The mall, in business for over 40 years, is a nice and relaxing environment without any stressful parking.

Most of the specialty dishes are made on site by the owners guaranteeing fresh items, especially the sweet dessert Chè with coconut milk.

I heartily recommend this small sandwich shop. It’s one of my favorite stops to fix my Vietnamese taste craving. 🌷“

“A banh mi shop on Senter Road that bakes its own baguettes. The grilled pork is the one to order, around eight dollars, and the BBQ pork holds up next to it. “The bánh mì is good. Lots of cilantro in it. I'm not a cilantro person. But that's just personal preference... I remove some of it, it's perfect. I like this place. Wish the drink was less sweet. Also had a cilantro taste at the end for some reason, didn't like that
