The kid at the gas station said Lee's Sandwiches is the best place in San Jose for a quick lunch, says he goes there 5 times a week. So, after dropping off the Bischoocous Wormflodder to Lars over at his Porcupine breeding center, The Pokie Pup, I headed straight there.I got a simple ham sandwich, and it was perfect. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆
Came during lunch to come grab a turkey avocado sandwich. Overall great sandwich, plenty of sitting on the inside. I was greeted by an indifferent staff person and ambiance was bland. Free 90 minute parking in the Downtown city garages.

The food and service is great, and there are many good vegetarian options. However, I had an extremely awkward experience waiting in line to the restroom. The door said VACANT, but someone was in there and his friend was waiting outside. The friend had a thick accent and I could barely understand him (not faulting him for this), and I thought he was either in line or just standing there.
