I came in unsure of what I wanted. Delia was very welcoming. Eager to assist. She asked a few questions about what I like and made a recommendation. I'm not usually one to try new things, but I tried it, and it was AMAZING. More food establishments need service workers like her. I will be a returning customer.
This location is a quick and convenient stop for me on Friday's when I'm working in the area. Though it's just a chain, and all their locations are consistent when it comes to the food, it's the staff at this location that makes it stand out. They are friendly, positive, courteous, and eager to make sure you enjoy your meal. They greet you warmly, ask your name, and bring you your food if you're dining in - unusual for a sandwich shop.
