I don't like the new site design with placing the order upfront and then waiting to pickup the sandwiches. it feels like a burger place then the old Togos. the new design is slower and I've had more problems, like getting the wrong sandwich in my bag since multiple people are working on a single order. if this continues to be an issue I'll find a different location to visit.

The service was great! Super friendly and told me about the Togos app and how to earn rewards. Love the Capitol Avenue Togos!!
