I don't like the new site design with placing the order upfront and then waiting to pickup the sandwiches. it feels like a burger place then the old Togos. the new design is slower and I've had more problems, like getting the wrong sandwich in my bag since multiple people are working on a single order. if this continues to be an issue I'll find a different location to visit.
The girl that made my pretzel didn’t know what to do, I had to repeat No onion 5 times( the bun was for daughter) Then once we got our bun, it’s look so ugly and all smashed down. not worth for over $9 for that chicken pretzel!!
