Panda Express on N Capitol Avenue in San Jose is known for its Chinese-American cuisine, offering quick service and generous portions. The restaurant is a popular choice for those seeking a satisfying meal at a good value. There have been some inconsistencies in portion sizes, with reports of smaller portions given at times. However, many customers have noted that the food is perfectly prepared and the staff is excellent, even when the restaurant is short-staffed. One positive highlight is the "YOUNG FAMILY HUNGRY DEAL," which provides doubled portions and a free small orange chicken or egg rolls. While there have been some issues with online orders, such as missing items, the restaurant has shown a commitment to customer satisfaction by promptly correcting mistakes and ensuring happy endings for customers.
