I came here for dinner 08/22/26. The cashier named Victor was very welcoming and has one of the most exceptional customer service I've ever seen. I wish it was like this everywhere. The rest of the staff was just as great. Food quality was great and they offered a variety of add-ons. Unfortunately, like all fast food restaurants nowadays, the only drawback is the price (which is why I gave it 4 stars), but I'll definitely be back!
I had a great experience at Five Guys today! The employee who helped us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel comfortable and appreciated as customers. He was patient, friendly, and made sure everything was just right with our order. It’s not every day you come across someone who provides such genuine customer service. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable we’ll definitely be coming back!
