“I've been eating Jillbee's catering through my employer for just over a year now, almost 5 days a week. They're amazing!We have a weekly calendar put in the lunch room so we can see the 3 or 4 lunch/dinner options in advance to plan accordingly. Generally, there's a vegetarian salad or entree option and two main courses that entail meat. Their rotation is generous enough with enough dynamic meal options that I still haven't become wary of their menu selections.I love that the toppings and sides (such as different cheeses, dressings, sauces, mayonnaise, dipping sauce) are housed in their own individual containers, which really lets me pick and choose what I want to use or what I want to offer to someone else without it being contaminated.The food is always fresh, sometimes gourmet, sometimes home style. “Big Ruub's did a great job catering my nephew's graduation party. The staff was efficient setting up the taco bar and they did a good job serving. The tree choices of meats were all well prepared and the toppings were ample and of good quality. The food was all very good. They cleaned up and boxed the left overs well. They made a great impression and the locals at the party all expressed and interest in using Big Ruub in the future. If Big Ruub is on the menu, count me in.“
