I attended a Silver Creek reunion that was catered by John and his wife. I had the BBQ ribs &chicken, that was delicious. The chicken was moist and the ribs were so tender. The portions were just right.
John Nguyen is the man!! 5 star customer service, 5 star food, and 5 star communication. John and his team catered our wedding of almost 300 people and everything went great! With appetizers, to beverages, to the main course, everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. My wife and I contacted John a little over 6 months before the wedding.
