Last night Chef John Alverez and his staff Eric and Diana catered the most amazing dinner! The occasion was a 50th family birthday party for our daughter with 21 guests ranging from 2 months to 80. Our theme was Mexican and everyone agreed the food and service were the absolute best! Five Course Provision was outstanding to work with beginning to end. We had a last minute event for an intimate dinner and Chef John and his team executed it perfectly. I gave them our event details and the vision we were looking for and they provided a personalized menu for our guests. They craft personalized and customized menus, listening to visions and stories to create extraordinary custom dishes that reflect different backgrounds. They expertly accommodate dietary restrictions and specific themes. The food receives endless compliments, with guests calling it some of the best meals they have had.
Their service is perfect, prompt, courteous, and efficient. They handle everything from setup to serving and cleanup, including convenient drop-off and pick-up options.
