“Tucked away in a little side parking lot is this wonderful and authentic Mexican food truck. We ordered the quesabirra tacos with a side of consome and the food came out fairly quick.

While the tacos were delicious, the texture was on the soggier side. This is was a little disappointing as the other times I’ve been here the tacos are nice and crunchy. The consome was not too salty and has a deep and rich flavor to it.

Overall this is a great little hole in the wall that is perfect for either a late night dinner or if you just crave some delicious food.“

They were so delicious big and made from scratch with good ingredients so soft and good flavor. I ordered the flan. It was delicious Just perfect. The staff was very respectful and very nice.“

They load it up with your desired protein and provide a covered salad bar for fixings or provide some to go with carry out orders. “Birria has become very popular in San Jose and my friend Jose @CompaaJavii recommended me to try dish, the Birria Pizzadilla! It's from a food truck called Tarasco Taqueria in San Jose, CA @TarascoTaq_SJ. The meat it's made from is goat stewed in broth, the soup known as \\\"Consome\\\". For $20, you get eight huge, generous portions of tortillas filled with Birria, cheese, cilantro and onions. They give you lime on the side along with green and red salsa. Every bite is filled with cheese and tender meat. It's bursting in flavors with the different spices and chilli they used. They also have exotic Fanta Soda imported from Mexico at $10 a can. A little pricey but it was a good splurge to try. They also have traditional items as well to try. They are open every day from 11 A.M to 10 P.M located on the corner of Story Road and Adrian Way in San Jose. If you want the best bang for your bucks in Birria, check them out. @TarascoTaq_SJ“

“This place has a cult following for the amazing flavorful tacos. Infamously known throughout San Jose, this os the hidden gem of the bay area, BEST TACOS EVER. Don't believe me, go on the weekend and try them out for yourself. Generously portions, Spicy Salsas, oh and the guacamole (drool)..PS talk to the chef and he can even host a small gathering or even your wedding, I highly recommend it.“

“I will continue ordering from this taqueria specifically because they take my ridiculous requests of separating certain foods from my nachos. I don't enjoy soggy nachos (especially since I doordash food), so for my first time, I requested to have the chips on the side. The amount of chips and the toppings itself was a 10 out of 10 for me. The food was delicious as well so 10 out of 10 again. I just doordashed nachos again last night and I requested to have the beans, sour cream, and chips on the side. (I don't like beans and am lactose intolerant) I felt bad for this request since I already felt like I was doing too much with the food separations. When I received my order, they nicely packed all of my food and it was still warm and I was just so ecstatic with the customer service I knew I wanted to review this place. (It's the little things that make the food experience enjoyable) Again, the food was delicious and I love their salsa. “Menudo is phenomenal. Growing up in Texas, it’s been hard to find a good Menudo here in the Bay Area. On top of that, they have hand made fresh tortillas! I’m glad we stumbled upon this place.
