About Cali Spartan Mexican Kitchen

Cali Spartan Mexican Kitchen offers many delicious dishes such as Big Crunchy Tacos, Cali Tacos, and Chips. Customers often recommend the crispy tacos and cabeza for the meat, and the half / half mix drink of horchata and strawberry. The atmosphere is amazing, and the workers are friendly, although the service can be slow when it gets busy. The super soft tacos are very soft and worth the messy eating experience, while the nachos stay crispy under all the toppings. The food is fresh and delicious, with traditional options like chile verde and enchiladas, along with modern choices like quesabirrias and Cali tacos, which are very tasty. The orange salsa is highly praised and considered one of the best, while some sauces are noted to be a bit salty. Although this cash-only spot has an ATM inside, it remains busy and popular for those craving genuine Mexican cuisine, despite occasional staff miscommunications. The nearby food truck, open until 3 am, makes it a great late-night snack spot. Overall, it is a solid place for tacos, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a good experience.

Calling this the best Mexican food place in all of California would honestly not be an overstatement! I crave their Cali Crispy Tacos and quesadillas at least once a month and it’s definitely my go-to spot. 🌮

The place is always packed, but the servers are consistently helpful and polite. The food is amazing, the drinks are fantastic, and the overall experience never disappoints. Definitely a must-try!
Tacos were good, chips and guac were good, overall nice spot.
I was looking for some good Mexican Food near where I live and I found this place. I arrived here after 9:00 so it wasn't as busy as it normally is as ive been here once before. It's a seat yourself type of place and then eventually a server comes up and takes your order. I ordered a double meat lengua burrito with red poblano sauce and an iced tea. The burrito was very flavorful although I wasn't very fond of having lettuce inside of it. I drank up my iced tea and waited for...read full review
