Never fails if you find yourself also drunk at 3am. Just follow the crowd of also inebriated college kids towards the shining light that is this truck.

I went at around 2am. Great food. Always a big line and a long wait. We ordered 8 tacos and it maybe took 40mins at least. Didn't mind the wait, but if you're really hungry at night and want a fast meal, this may not be the place. Especially late at night. Since options other than fast food are not available, this place ends up being the last night food spot for many people, especially party/club goers.Parking: Parking is very limited. Late at night there is street parking and you don't have to pay, but it's soo busy in that street so you might end up having to park in a red zone or go a block down and walk over.

PLEASE EXPAND TO ORANGE COUNTY! I have been thinking about the Cali Crispy Tacos ever since I had them during my short visit to the SJ area. I thought it was going to be one of those overhyped places but they proved me wrong and I had to come back the next day LOL... There was a short line when I arrived but the workers were pretty efficient. They take cash + venmo payments only at the truck location so just be prepared! The menu is pasted on the truck for you to see as you stand in line. Cali Crispy Tacos are the way to go! They are crispy tostada like shells topped with meat, cheese, sour cream, pico, avocado, and FRIES. They have a variety of different tacos (small, big, soft, crispy) and a variety of meats. I had the al pastor and carne asada - both were very tasty and had a slight smoky flavor to them. The fries were crispy and hot (stayed crispy even when I got them to-go)! The famous orange sauce had a nice spice to them that I was not expecting - I can drink this LOL. The green and red salsa were good but I think the green was perfect to cut the greasiness of the tacos. Next time I will try their other items but if it is your first visit please please please get the cali crispy tacos... There is limited seating at the truck so be prepared to eat at your car or bring it home. If you go early enough the actual restaurant is right across the street so you can eat there! I will be back for you Spartan!!!!!!
