This the second time I buy at this taco truck, the food is amazing anything u buy the flavor for the food is bomb!!!!!! And the amount of beef on the food is a lot u get satisfied ,I will coming back again this my new favorite place I give them more than 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Based on the reviews, Tacos Y Birria El Chore is a food truck in San Jose and Hollister offering some of the best overall food. The service is welcoming, friendly, and quick, and the staff takes pride in their craft. The menu is very large with many special items, including the tacos momia, Vampiro with Asada, Crispy Taco with Pollo, Huarache with Asada, and Molcajete. The chicken tacos are pretty good with chicken that isn't too dry or salty, and the tortillas aren't greasy. The quesabirria had little flavor, but the carne asada super nachos were some of the best, using real cheese that wasn't hard. The regular al pastor taco was also a favorite. There are several salsa options, about 5-6 different sauces in bottles, including an orange and avocado sauce. The red salsa was the spiciest but salty. The food is consistently delicious and mouthwatering, with juicy, seasoned meats like carne asada, al pastor, and tender carnitas. The elotes (Mexican street corn) are a must-try. The portions are generous for the price, and there is some outdoor seating.
