“I was born and raised in Oaxaca City and decided to give this place a try. I will happily say that they absolutely exceeded my expectations in terms of their flavors, service, and atmosphere.

This food truck is located within the parking lot of a local gas station at E Calaveras Blvd & S Park Victoria Dr. There was enough parking at the time I drove in. The guy who took my order greeted me in Spanish with a smile and acted very genuinely and cordially.

I ordered 2 lengua tacos. The portions were appropriate, and the meat was perfectly cooked and tasted both juicy and very, very, authentic. The onions and cilantro had been freshly diced and made me smile when I squeezed lime juice on both tacos. They gave me two small containers with their red and green salsas. Yes, their salsas immediately activated long-stored memories in my taste buds. I can say that it flew me back to Oaxaca. My whole mouth watered at the first bite, so to extend the feast in my mouth and soul, I made 4 tacos with the double tortillas.
I will be coming back with friends and family and I think you should too.“

“This place is so conveniently located. The staff was pleasant and quick. My food was hot and drink was delicious. The tacos were so dried out and stale. I hope that isn't normal. 4 Stars since the food was really good outside of the tacos. The tacos did not taste bad and they were even well prepared but the tortillas were stale and hard to chew. I was there very late at night so I would not hold this too harshly against them...“

“Tucked away in a little side parking lot is this wonderful and authentic Mexican food truck. We ordered the quesabirra tacos with a side of consome and the food came out fairly quick.

While the tacos were delicious, the texture was on the soggier side. This is was a little disappointing as the other times I’ve been here the tacos are nice and crunchy. The consome was not too salty and has a deep and rich flavor to it.

Overall this is a great little hole in the wall that is perfect for either a late night dinner or if you just crave some delicious food.“

“This is the real deal. The only Mexican spot in Silicon Valley that is actually authentic. The tacos and burritos here are fresh and delicious, and the flavors & salsas are as on-point as it gets.

I live in Los Angeles, and have been eating Mexican food everyday for decades. It’s always a pleasure doing business in San Jose, when this taco truck is open. Just go here if you haven’t already - you really won’t regret it.“

“Don't be alarmed! This is literally a hidden gem. This is a kitchen/stand inside a convenience store. From the outside it doesn't look very appealing. I almost went somewhere else thinking I must have been mistaken... I'm SO glad I decided to check it out anyway. The lady cooking was super friendly, the kitchen looked super clean, and the food was absolutely fantastic. I'm annoyed I don't live nearby, because it could easily be my daily go to.“
