Great food, AMAZING owner! Definitely the truck I'm hitting up from now on! My friends and I had the tacos and quesabirria, all so delicious, the meats had great flavor, all the salsas were so fresh (esp the avocado one! Omg). Absolutely adore the owner, she's so kind and so fun! You won't regret hitting up this truck!
Noticed this spot while driving toward valley fair, had to stop by! Great Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. Woman taking orders was so sweet and polite, loved their meat options including cabeza, lengua and buche but had to go with some quesabirrias. Normally when brought home they're slightly soggy but not these! Crispy after cooling down, tasted delicious and the consume was perfect.
