Great food, AMAZING owner!Definitely the truck I'm hitting up from now on! My friends and I had the tacos and quesabirria, all so delicious, the meats had great flavor, all the salsas were so fresh (esp the avocado one! Omg). Noticed this spot while driving toward valley fair, had to stop by! Great Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. Woman taking orders was so sweet and polite, loved their meat options including cabeza, lengua and buche but had to go with some quesabirrias. Normally when brought home they're slightly soggy but not these! Crispy after cooling down, tasted delicious and the consume was perfect.

This place is delicious! The asada burrito is huge and stuffed with goodness, the tortilla is absolutely killer and grilled to perfection. All 3 salsas are flavorful but my favorite is the medium. My partner got a plain cheese quesadilla and loves that too! Aurelia took my order and she was so sweet, very kind and made the whole experience even better. We love to support a local woman owned business!
