“The term "American-Indo-Asian" can describe the menu here. We had Mao Baos and Manchurian Sizzler, and loved both. That Mumbai Sandwich style chutney ir -kled vegetables hits a perfect taste s00dles as whitely coming back to have some more Manchurian Sizzler had both rice and noodles as well as fried and veggies. All tasted great!
Service was quick and friendly. We were here for weekday lunch it wasn't crowded. Nice simple ambiance.
Menu is really good with variety of options available. Must try place for vegetarians and vegans in the bay area.“

“Recommended by a friend from Yunnan, China, who said this is the most authentic Yunnan restaurant she’s found in the U.S. so far. I ordered the Chinese donut with liver paste, the beef hot pot, and the noodles. Every dish was absolutely delicious!“

“Food and service were was good, the place was busy and lively but the interior is old and can use a bit of a moden refresh !
Parking: Teriyaki chicken bent box portion was generous, and the chicken was tasty, but i didn't like the special beef sushi roll, which I tasted for the first time !“

“This is such an incredible spot to satisfy your Pho cravings. The pho was so delicious and the service was absolutely incredible, Kenny made us feel so welcome and even gave us iced coffee on the house! This is a family run restaurant and you can genuinely feel the love. We’re so happy we stopped by and found this gem of a restaurant!“

“Visit: September 2024
It was cool to try a build your own malatang hotpot. They had a decent selection of options and staff was there checking and refilling frequently.
The food tasted decent, nothing super special I would say, and it costed quite a bit for 1.5lb bowl. The table we had was also very unbalanced. Food came with some grapes and 3 tokens to the next door crane machine store, which was nice touch“

“I have lived in Milpitas for 3 1/2 years now, and only recently 'discovered' this hidden gem right at the end of the street I live on!!! Their menu is varied enough to have a great selection, but not so much that it's overwhelming. The minute you enter their diner, you're greeted with a warm Good Morning or Good Afternoon! The staff is very attentive and friendly; we felt like members of the family from our first visit! The food is priced fairly, which is hard to say about almost any other restaurant I've been in lately, and, it is delicious! There you have it...Welcoming, friendly staff, great menu selection, delicious food, priced fairly. A recipe for success, obviously since they've been there for over 20 years! Try it, you will not be disappointed!“

“Pretty good meal. Not too oily. Paneer in the curry could have been a little more softer. Meal included a veg curry, paneer curry, kadhi, aaloo sabzi and something that seemed like malai kofta. Also got rice/pulao, roti/poori, and some pakoda, fryums, a sweet and dal bati. Chaas was great! Went there at around 12.30 and we got our seats in about ten minutes. But at 1.15pm when we came out, there was quite a large crowd. The place is a little small, so there could be quite a big wait time during peak hours!!
Edit we went on a Saturday another time at 1.30pm, and they said they weren’t accepting anyone else for lunch.“

“Delicious poke! The spice levels get intense, like a Thai restaurant ?. Everything is fresh and the employees are friendly.
Vegetarian options: I recall there being vegetarian protein options, but not a ton of variety. Adequate if you're a group with mixed preferences.
Wheelchair accessibility: I don't recall there being a powered door, but otherwise it's quite accessible.“

“Tacos y Tlayudas El Ejuteco has become my cherished discovery in the local food truck scene, transforming from a chance encounter into my go-to destination for delicious Mexican cuisine. This cash-only establishment serves up dishes that consistently exceed expectations, both in flavor and generosity.
The crown jewel of their menu is undoubtedly the al pastor torta, which introduced me to an unexpected but delightful twist – the addition of beans. The interplay of textures, combined with the traditional pineapple in the al pastor, creates a harmonious blend of sweet, savory, and creamy elements that elevate this sandwich to memorable heights. Their chicken quesadillas deserve special mention, striking the perfect balance between crispy exterior and melted, flavorful filling.
What sets this food truck apart is their attention to the details that many establishments overlook. The pickled vegetables, served in generous portions, add a bright, acidic counterpoint to their rich main dishes. Their taco selection maintains high quality across the board, and the burritos, are certainly worth exploring as well.
The establishment's character shines through not just in their food but in their genuine hospitality. During one visit, when I found myself a dollar short while purchasing a Jarritos after my meal, they graciously accepted what I had – a small gesture that speaks volumes about their customer service philosophy. This kind of personal touch, increasingly rare in today's dining landscape, helps foster a loyal customer base.
While the cash-only policy might require some planning ahead, it's a minor inconvenience given the quality and value provided. Whether you're craving authentic Mexican street food or seeking a reliable quick meal, Tacos y Tlayudas El Ejyteco delivers consistency, generosity, and flavor in every dish. It's more than just a food truck – it's a testament to the enduring appeal of well-executed, unpretentious cuisine.“

“The best and most authentic Chinese hotpot place. It's so good I came here 2 days in a row. Offers good variety of spicy and non-spicy soup options that are all extremely flavorful. The sauces are great, and very reasonably priced.
One of the best Chinese food places in the south bay.“

“I was craving some Korean food and came here and it was GOOD! After we ordered through the QR code on the table, we got some banchan, which was okay. We then got some sort of soup and it was amazing. We ordered the seafood pancake (great), deluxe tteokbokki (amazing and super heavy), and bulgogi bibimbap (great). Would definitely return.“

“I've been a regular at Ok Noodle in Newark for years and can't say enough about their authentic Chinese cuisine. The highlight of my weekly visits is their incredible hand-pulled noodles, which are truly a work of art. The texture is perfect - chewy and satisfying, and the flavor is rich without being overwhelming.
One of the things I appreciate most about Ok Noodle is their commitment to using MSG-free ingredients. As someone who's sensitive to MSG, I can always enjoy my meal without worrying about a headache later.
If you're a fan of authentic Chinese food, especially hand-pulled noodles, I highly recommend giving Ok Noodle a try. You won't be disappointed!
Additional Tips:
Must-try dish: Chili Oil Noodle, Lamb noodle, Liang Pi (cold dish), beef egg tomato noodle with thin flat noodle.
Parking: There's usually plenty of parking in the nearby lot.
Hours: Check their website or Google for the most up-to-date hours. I think they are not open Wednesday

“Went there with my friends, it was pretty good at serving especially the chicken glutinous rice soup was pretty tasty. The only reason that I leave one star blank is because they are very popular so that the waitresses are asking us to leave before our chat ends and we have to go to milk tea place to finish our conversation.“

“The best Korean food I’ve ever had in my life! Their beef stew exceeded my expectation so much, it was super flavourful and tender. The best thing about it was it was full of big chunks of meat, so it was definitely enough for 3 very hungry adults, no need to be shy about taking the meat from the pot into your bowl! We added the cheese for extra flavour and performance lol! Also, their kimchi had the right spice level and of course you can refill them! The staff were nice too. There was a queue but it was so worth it! 10/10 recommended. Next time we’ll come back and try something new.“

The Veggie Delight Pizza is a standout, offering a medley of fresh vegetables and a flavorful curry sauce that perfectly complements the crispy crust. The Chilli Paneer Pizza is another highlight, featuring tender paneer cubes and vibrant curry sauce that bring a delightful heat and richness. Equally impressive is the Desi Garlic Bread, which infuses traditional garlic bread with aromatic Indian spices, making each bite a delightful burst of flavor. “This is hands down one of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever been to! The udon noodles were thick and chewy, served in a savory broth that warmed my soul. I also tried their gyoza as an appetizer, which were pan-fried to perfection crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The service was attentive without being overbearing, allowing us to enjoy our server meal at our own pace. The overall experience was fantastic; I left feeling satisfied and eager to return!“

“Authenticity: NO I'm big on authenticity of ethic food. When I eat out at a Thai, Laos, or Cambodian restaurants expected food to true to core of authenticity but this one is just another typical khmer/Thai restaurant that Carter towards western eaters. I'm aware that most do so to maintain the flow of business, but I specifically asked them for a true Khmer/Thai dish but it wasn't there. Service: Excellent! I'm used to having a 3 course meals and based on the price of dishes I've asked what the portion was like. The server was very helpful and informative and said "for one person the portion each dish is too big....you'll have to take much of it home." Atmosphere: Inviting. Overall, good. they serve a wide selection of wines and cocktails drink. Place is cleaned, organized, and uncluttered.“

“Tiny place tucked into a strip mall. The ramen was pretty good, flavor-wise, but I'd stay away from the "spicy" option as it was too spicy for 3/4 of our group.
The roasted garlic was pretty potent.
The soft-boiled egg was a little overdone (IMO) and was served cold.“

“Very friendly staff and very convenient hours since they’re open until 11 PM. The food is very distinctive, in a good way. This is not your standard pho so 1 fare. I would call it more like home made style. Yummy pork chops and beef noodle stew. We didn’t have any leftovers- A sure sign that this was good stuff!“
