The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the food was both delicious and healthy! I ordered the shrimp rice noodles in a tangy, fermented tomato broth, which was flavorful, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. The noodles were cooked to perfection. We’ll definitely be coming back!
The food here is incredible. I ordered the beef tendon noodle, the broth was extremely rich and the tendon super tender. My girlfriend ordered the free range chicken noodle soup, again the broth insanely flavorful and the chicken fell right off the bone. The owners let us know that they stew their soups for 8 hours and it definitely shows.

The owner told me they specialize in noodle dishes. I got the beef noodle soup and it was very tasty. I got less spicy and that was a good option for me because it felt like medium spicy for other places. Most other restaurants are not that spicy, that’s why I increase the level usually, but here I think the spice levels will be accurate.
The beef noodle soup was delicious and they put a pink pickle which added another flavor. They said it is a dish from Guizhou China.

The place specialize in noodle dishes and includes shrimp rice noodles in a tangy fermented tomato broth, beef tendon noodle with extremely rich broth and super tender tendon, free range chicken noodle soup with insanely flavorful broth and chicken that fell right off the bone, beef noodle soup with medium spicy level, a pink pickle added another flavor, and chicken noodle flower soup that is the best ever. The broth is clean, savory, refreshing and perfectly balanced. The noodles cooked to perfection and made fresh. The owners let us know they stew their soups for 8 hours and shows fresh home cooked style taste. The tea is good and the spice levels are accurate for both spicy and non spicy. The place is a rare jewel find, a hole in the wall with lots of noodles and a nice home cooked style. Visitors will definitely coming back.
