Lovely, clean, super fresh Filipino bakery in Milpitas we were introduced to while in Hawaii, they have bakeries there as well.-Pan de Ube was what we had in Hawaii & as always is delicious, purple sweet potato filling is yummy and not too sweet!-The Ube Cheese Pandesal is super good, not dense, not oily, perfect chewiness, just a slight hint of cheese & ube, will be getting these often too. This review is strictly regarding Valerio's pandesal [filipino sweet rolls].A big thank you to my Father-in-law for always being ready and willing to make the drive to Valerio's Tropical Bake Shop in order to satisfy my little monster's cravings for these delicious baked rolls.
