“Food is very good. Banh Mi sandwich is warm and soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside. Contents are flavored nicely. Chicken salad pretty good. Soups pretty good. Service is very weak. Had to walk up to the counter to ask for some sauces, which were promised but never delivered. An ordered item didn't get entered or delivered. Setting is nice but furniture is falling apart - chair felt like it was going to fail. I may go back, but it could be better.“

“We hosted our barbershop holiday party at El Comal Restaurant in Los Altos, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch.

This is a downtown Los Altos outpost for Byington Vineyards and Winery, which has estates in the Santa Cruz Mountains and Alexander Valley. They sell wine by the bottle, glass, and flight. It’s a great place to come in the afternoon for some remote work, to catch up with friends, or to enjoy wine on the evening. The selection is outstanding! “This place is one of the best bagel places in town. Their cream cheese is very fresh, bagels are always fresh and yummy and the owners greet you with a smile and fast service. It is also never crowded, so you are in and out in less than 5 mins.“

“Underrated. Best pho in the area. Best ambience, and generous portions of noodles and beef. Friendly staff. The rice wrap on the spring rolls was fresh and not at all chewy, noodles were the same. Tender beef, not overcooked. Also, slightly cheaper than other places. Rating a 5 because they deserve at least a 4.6. Really enjoyed it.“

“I walked in at 7:30 first customers of the day and I was greeted with kindness. I sat down and I ordered a delightful strawberry banana fruit smoothie which was brought to me quickly. Then I ordered two pancakes and a side of bacon which was brought incrediblely fast. was pretty good compared to other cafe's. My go-to dish is the lean beef Pho, but there are many other options including rice and noodle dishes. The service is fast and the pho is delicious.

I try to arrive after the lunch rush since it can be very crowded at peak hours.“
