- Pork and shrimp vermicelli: full shrimp--not thin butterflied slices some places go with--with tasty marinated pork slices. 4.25 stars
- Pho: my friend loved the broth with her chicken version and the smaller size was plenty.
- Minh: provided us excellent attentive and super friendly service
- Seating inside with the cabin vibe and few tended outside.

- Peanut sauce with the rolls were a bit gelatinous and could've packed in more peanut flavor . 3 stars

“New “more than a coffeehouse” in Mountain View with a Venezuelan touch. Good ambiance and the menu offers an extensive list of items to please every taste. I got the “empanaditas” which are fried. Comes with cheese filling and ground beef. The red sauce was super hot. Caught me by surprise and I coughed and got teary eyes. It needs a warning! Coffee was great and look at that perfect heart work! Just beautiful. Parking during a Saturday can be challenging but a 2 block walk is a solution. Try it!“

“I wanted to try something new, and since this place served traditional Japanese, I decided to give it a shot and it was truly amazing! You definitely have to try the grilled rice ball, the beef with apple onion steak sauce, and the maguro-don (tuna) tray. The flavors were so unique and unlike anything I've had before. “I walked in at 7:30 first customers of the day and I was greeted with kindness. I sat down and I ordered a delightful strawberry banana fruit smoothie which was brought to me quickly. Then I ordered two pancakes and a side of bacon which was brought incrediblely fast. was pretty good compared to other cafe's. My experience here was great and I would highly recommend Rick's Cafe if you're near Los Altos and looking for a great breakfast or lunch.“

“One of the first dates I had with my wife was here at Yoshi Sushi, and since then, it has become one of our favorite places.

I’ve eaten here many times over the years, and one thing that always makes me happy is the consistency. The food is always fresh, well prepared, and delicious. You can come back again and again and know you’re going to have a great experience.

Everyone who works here, from the owners and managers to the kitchen staff and the sushi bar team, is extremely friendly, organized, and professional. The sushi bar is always clean, and you can tell the team really takes pride in what they do. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of the food.

Annie, one of the lunch servers, is always friendly, happy, and very organized. She always makes the experience even better.

“I have been coming to Red Pepper since March of 2020, and the place is fabulous! The staff, food, drinks, and they treat me like a family member. The owner, Mario Gurrola, has always been great to me. He treats me like a son, and so do their staff. My favorite margarita is the Mi Caballo, I am a regular customer, can come to a safe place to feel relaxed. So, come to a welcoming and friendly Mexican restaurant! 😊“

The space has ample seating that works well for groups, and they do a fun job decorating for holidays (the ambient lighting and funky pumpkin setup for Halloween was a great touch). Convenient parking in the plaza lot out back makes it an easy stop. Highly recommended!“

My go-to dish is the lean beef Pho, but there are many other options including rice and noodle dishes. The service is fast and the pho is delicious.

I try to arrive after the lunch rush since it can be very crowded at peak hours.“
