The vegan Curry Tan Tan Ramen is fantastic - packed with fresh veggies, excellent springy noodles, and a rich, hearty broth (heads up: it leans a little salty, but the flavor is spot on). It’s great to see a standout plant-based option executed this well.

Orenchi is a restaurant in the State Street food court. They have closed their standalone restaurants. They serve ramen and rice bowls on one counter, sushi on the other. Low 3.7 on Google. This is a nice food court that can get packed at night or on the weekends. Lots of seating outside and inside.
