Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly. We saw a number of families with kids of all ages. It’s a great spot for them to have room to play but also not be worried if they’re a little loud.”

“Ordered the limited quantity 'Konjoe Burger' and may have actually got the very last one for the day (just before 12-noon on a Saturday).

The Konjoe had a great burger taste and nice & spicy ... So, only get this choice if you like spice. Also got the upsell fries which were crispy / tasty.

Would definitely order this again / next time or maybe try another burger which is my way of saying, this was a good food experience. I'll take some pictures next time.

Atmosphere is a 4/5 since it's just a food court although interesting for people watching, etc.

Parking: Parking looked tough but we got lucky since someone was leaving just in front of us .. ;-) ... Go Early if you plan to eat lunch there on a work day and only have an hour.”

“Wow, I just got my first delivery of Little Sky’s Olive Rosemary round and Onion & Parmesan bialys and I’m in love! Sooo delicious I could eat it as a meal! Had it with some TJ’s chili garlic crunch and Italian Bomba Calabrian peppers. I thought each bialys would be the size of a bagel but it was the size of a personal pizza.”

“I am visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this bakery. I purchased the fresh strawberry tres leches. Oh my goodness. It was one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time! So so delicious. Highly recommend!”

“Living in Japan has made me partial to more Asian cakes and Satura provides some of the best Japanese cakes in the area.
The cake is always fluffier than western cakes and not overly sweet.

My preference is for the 7:17 (give or take) omakase at the bar followed by a night meeting around a square or round table. Each person has two people to talk to at the bar (Me - Jeff- Elon - Mark - Lauren - Priscilla - Sergey- - Larry - Larry - plus 4 additional guests if others can attend - Camelia Me 12 Camelia Typically my wife returns home early by Lyft or Uber but I stay out later and sometimes overnight in Woodside at a suitable location.”

The Pho Cabin

I went there for an early bowl of Pho on a Saturday evening and got seated immediately. It's a cozy street corner location with a clean table and chair setup. We have tried to dine here before but there was always a line to get in and at least a 15 minute wait time. The menu fits on one side of letter size paper and the beef selections featured only lean cuts.

I ordered the Brisket Pho which was brought to me promptly. The beef was indeed lean and plentiful. The broth and noodles were good, nothing special.

Service was great and I guess it's popular for the lean beef selections with the wait times due to the limited seating. I prefer fattier cuts so I'll repeat if Wifey insists. Free city lot parking is nearby and usually available.

Parking: City parking lots are available but can be difficult during high times.”

“Absolutely love Mikado! It's hands down my favorite sushi spot in the Bay Area. The sushi rolls are consistently delicious, with the New Mexican and Mango Alaskan being my personal favorites—perfectly fresh and full of flavor. The service is incredibly quick, and the restaurant is always spotless. The servers are friendly and welcoming every single time. Never a miss here, highly recommend!”

“It was kinda slow as I was there a little past their rush but a great time to get good service. Sadly they close way way way too early for me which was quite disappointing as I personally feel there's so much more potential for late night revenue if they stayed open even after closing the kitchen. I basically had 3 different people serving me and would go back for any one of them. They were all super nice and attentive. Food and drinks were great and prices are favorable. It's not a cheap place to eat but for the type of establishment it is they're priced fairly and not overpriced like many places of the same class. I had a Hickory BBQ bacon cheeseburger myself which comes with a side of your choice. I asked for the meat to be cooked medium rare and medium rare is what i got. ❤️ The flavor? Mmh! Amazing! I'm looking very forward to my next trip there. They also have a full bar at that location. I know they're a family oriented business but I feel they'd also do well after family hours but maybe they're satisfied with what they got and aren't needing the money. I understand many establishments prefer to cater only to specific clientele and that's understandable but many would love to see them expand and would support it. ?? For now they close at 8:30 which seems to be a typical norm for that area so get there early and enjoy. ?

Vegetarian options: It's not a vegetarian establishment but there's salads etc with no meat and I believe a meat free burger choice

Parking: Parking can be somewhat limited if it gets busy especially since there are multiple business establishments that all share common parking areas. I happened to get there at a slower time and had no issue with close up parking. There's also a shopping center across the road that could be used if parking is scarce.

Kid-friendliness: It's definitely family oriented and have games there to confirm it. Might be a great place for birthday parties, etc.

Wheelchair accessibility: Most definitely ADA compliant with handicap accessible amenities.”

“The atmosphere of the place (see pictures) carries more than it ought to a hotel bistro off El Camino. I ordered the French Onion soup with a side of asparagus and my partner got a bistro burger with a salad.The salad has a mint sauce that is good but there wasn't enough of it. They ended up stealing some of the extra hollandaise from my asparagus plate. The soup was great. Nothing too fancy but sometimes that's all you need. It works well for what they're going for I think.The worst of it is their servicing. They use a clunky app which doesn't even have all of their menu items and we had to pay in two separate ways. A server at the counter told us he'd take our order at one of the tables and then was never seen again. Just staff your restaurant or put it all on the app. Don't go halfsies.

“I came here with a colleague for a meeting over lunch last week and was not disappointed. I was impressed by the peaceful atmosphere of the restaurant even when full of patrons. While the portions were on the more conservative side (at least for basic rolls), the sushi was very fresh and delicious. The QR code menu confused me (which was my own fault, not theirs) because I didn't realize that the code was shared for the whole table, not for each diner on their individual phone. So my colleague and I ended up deleting part of each other's orders. Our server was swift to correct our order, and was very gracious in doing so. The wait was very brief for our amended order to come out from the kitchen. I would recommend this restaurant for those who enjoy a quiet dining environment with low ambient lighting.”

“I discovered the place by accident. I was next door inside Michaels having some art pieces custom framed when I decided to look for a place to stop by to eat. I was starving. I was craving for pasta. And thats how I got to discover this place. I ordered the chicken fettucine alfredo. Love the dish with its chunky chicken pieces and al dente pasta. The complimentary cheese sticks with that cheese pimiento cheese spread was a delightful surprise. Next time Ill check their lasagna and clam chowder. I heard their clam chowder is as good as Boulins in San Francisco. I dont have to make a drive to the city to enjoy a good bowl of chowder. The lasagna looks so rich as well as their chopino. Im definitely comjng back.”

“New “more than a coffeehouse” in Mountain View with a Venezuelan touch. Good ambiance and the menu offers an extensive list of items to please every taste. I got the “empanaditas” which are fried. Comes with cheese filling and ground beef. The red sauce was super hot. Caught me by surprise and I coughed and got teary eyes. It needs a warning! Coffee was great and look at that perfect heart work! Just beautiful. Parking during a Saturday can be challenging but a 2 block walk is a solution. Try it!”

“My favorite pho place in the Bay Area. I've tried most places around Stanford and Mountain View, but this place is my favorite. The vibes are amazing and the staff are very kind. Of course, it goes without saying that their pho is delicious and is a very sizeable portion. Also, their lychee drink it my favorite boba drink . . . even compared to Teaspoo and Yi Fang.”

“I think it's good to be able to eat a lunch box for this price considering the location.
They also serve brown rice tea for free. I had the lunch bento box with a choice of 2 sides, $17.50. You can choose sushi rolls or nigiri sushi on the side, but there's plenty of white rice, so I personally recommend choosing a side dish. Personally, I'm concerned about the quality of the white rice. There's nothing wrong with vinegared rice, but that white rice is a no-no in Japanese food. The female staff member was very kind and managed the whole thing by herself. I think there was one craftsman who seemed to be Japanese.”

“Ice Cream is usually not my thing but when there’s a twist on it I gotta try it out. Toasted Marshmallows on top of your ice cream is definitely something different.
The ice cream isn’t bad. The flavor I chose was butter toffee I believe with the toasted marshmallow on top. The combination of the ice cream with toasted marshmallow is top tier.

“Their leaf quality is next level. I love the tie guan yin oolong. The boba quality is solid. Staff are friendly. Their matcha latte leaves a lot to be desired. It has an artificially too sweet honey flavor. Can't taste the matcha. It is barely green. Boba bliss has better matcha (Izumi Matcha even better though).”

“This was our first time at Lady M and our first time trying a mille crepe cake. We were delighted with all three flavors we tried, but liked the pistachio the best. The service was friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was relaxing. Will definitely come again!”

“This is one of my favorite places for breakfast and brunch. I've been a regular for years, and the service and food have consistently been good. They recently added a few Mexican dishes to their menu, such as chilaquiles, which are a solid choice. Their benedicts, smoothies and bagels are also really good.

However, their pancakes are THE BEST! No matter what I order, I always have to try them. They are simply delicious with a very particular flavor.”

“I have been to Sumika several times, for lunch and dinner. I love going for dinner because the vibe is just like an izakaya in Japan -- everyone minds their own business and enjoys drinks and good food. They were awarded a Michelin bib gourmand previously and it's one of my favorite places in the Bay Area. They have been around nearly 20 years and quite popular, so it's best to reserve. I have tried doing walk-ins on a Friday night, and it was quite packed.

Recently, I celebrated my bday dinner at Sumika. Sumika is family owned and one of the first authentic yakitori places with a izakaya vibe to open in the Bay Area. They have a large menu that has so many of the classic, delicious flavors and well as inventive dishes. This is one of my favorite places I go to in the Bay Area, as it's perfect for celebrations and hanging out. They use charcoal grill for their skewers and the kitchen is open so you can watch everything being prepared.

I recommend any of the skewers, especially the yakitori (chicken). The flavors are authentic and the charcoal grill flavors bring out the best flavors. The team is incredible here, from service to the chefs. I like seeing the grill smoke, which makes this a lively experience.”
