New staff. Seem confused. They need to offer drink carry trays and bags automatically for food and 3+ drinks instead of customers literally begging for it.

This is by far my favorite starbucks, i come here frequently and the workers are amazing, there was Alan who took my order which was super kind and recommended great drinks, a young lady named jellien was super kind and quick. and giselle was great at service with customers!!!
