I love coming here on Sunday mornings for brunch and WhatsApp/Skype talks with those friends of mine for whom it is Sunday evening at that time. There is always enough space to sit, even though the place is popular.My favorite dish is Lovely Omelette. I also sometimes eat German omelette but ask to go low on bacon.
I had to stop by this German cafe during my time in Los Altos (it reminded me of a German bakery my mom loves in Berkeley). Great quality pastries and relaxing atmosphere! I tried the bee sting - creamy center and loaded with crunchy almonds! I will come back to try their savory food options when I'm in the area again!

Sadly won't be going back for breakfast. Both times they were barely busy but I thought they forgot about my order. Both times toast came out, toasted on one side, no butter. Frozen butter brought out after I asked. Now the toast is cold and butter won't melt. Sorry but that's a pretty basic breakfast requirement.
