“Delicious food and margaritas! Visited with a friend for lunch and we thoroughly enjoyed our food. There is bench seating inside and a small patio area. They bring out fresh chips without being asked and service is prompt. We both had the 2 entree lunch which was delicious! This is a great little mom & pop place!“
“When they get busy they forget many items, so make sure you check your bag to make sure everything is in there before you leave (we were missing two meals). The manager was very kind and apologetic and made things right, which is why I’m giving 5 stars! Food is tasty. Staff are friendly.“
“Got the grilled fish fajitas special. I appreciated that it had plenty of veggies (zucchini, onion tomatoes and bell peppers). The sizzle tantalizing my taste buds, beckoning for me to take a bite. With a side of rice, beans, cheese and fresh flower tortillas- It tasted as amazing as it looked and smelled. There were no leftovers.“
“Nice little patio, we enjoyed our food, I ordered the combo plate (2 Items). My first Item was the Hard Taco with Ground beef(it was flavored excellent and had white cheese and guacamole on top). Second Item was the Chile Verde Enchilada (meat was delicious, moist/tender, green salsa terrific). Rice on side was also moist and light. Felipe was a great server and we will definitely be back soon. ???.(For the person who gave two stars review complaining about The Flautas being made with Flower Tortillas, they should know that “Taquitos” are made with Corn Tortillas and Flautas with flower)Parking: Plenty of free parking on street.“
“Near a curve on a four line road is an eclectic older Mexican restaurant with artistic merit, interesting landscaping outdoor dining and several different kinds of tables and chairs indoors, including a bar.The menu has several options many of which I had not seen in Mexican food places before. I have tried their tamales, chili relleno, black beans, pinto beans, rice, grilled chicken, quesadilla, pico, guacamole, and the provided chips and salsa. All of the flavors are excellent. The green sauce and masa of the tamale, and the firm aged relleno cheese filling were outstanding.Indoors is Mexican music, while outdoors there is traffic noise. The tortilla chips are the thin triangle bagged kind. The restroom has an old sink and fixtures. But the custom artwork, high ceilings with paper fiesta decor and painted furniture are classic south of the border. The seats are all flat wood, no cushions. No sauce bar or extra hot sauce present. Will need another visit to try the mole.Vegetarian options: Enchiladas are great.“
