One of the best veggie burritos. For many places veggie burritos is an afterthought but not this place. They put avocado, beans, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, etc. and the combination tastes great. Also it's a nice food truck with cute tables on the side.
I love the veggie tacos at this truck and they even have a cute little seating area! The corn quesadilla with huitlacoche is also delicious.
Stopped here from out of town for a torta cubana. The service was fast and the food was exceptional. Best torta I've ever had! Ingredients were fresh and the tortas were huge. My husband & I both got one but could only finish half of each. Highly recommend!!
