Haven’t had the desserts yet, but I loved the whole wheat and Lepain loaves. Nice that they will slice the loaves for you if you like!
Good pastries. They don’t heat up quiche. Not as many selections as the Los Gatos location. 4% surcharge on all transactions, applied before tax (so actually a 4.4% surcharge).
Manresa Bread is a local Bay Area bakery chain, and I visited their Los Altos location on a Friday morning. The place was fairly busy, with a short line and a few people sitting outside. Seating is limited, but the bakery has a nice atmosphere and plenty of tempting baked goods to choose from.
