The service was relatively fast and the ambiance at the food hall was great! If you decide to eat here, please do not order the Mochiko Chicken and get something else. I should have read the yelp reviews before ordering. As other reviews have said, the chicken is way too salty. You can see the puddle of overly salty sauce at the bottom of the tray in my photo. Always a tasty burger and fries. Today I ordered the Truffle Burger and added lettuce, with a side of fries and can of Sprite. They offered sauces and gladly shared some good BBQ sauce to dip the fries, and a few pickles to sample. Quick and affordable, Konjoe Burger has always been a good spot. Plus, solid service.
Update: Joey from Konjoe Burger followed-up with me the same day my review went up to inquire more about the experience, and offered to make-up for it; he kept our communications professional and respectful, which I appreciated. What came through loud and clear is: the Konjoe Burger team puts the customer first, and cares about the customer experience. A business like that is A-OK in my books!
