“One of my favorite places for masala vada pav, dabeli and pavbhaji. Their amrutulya chai is also amazing. Tawa pulao was average. Overall still one of my to go places to stop by whenever I am in Milpitas. I also recommend their catering which we have tried one.“

“I’ve only had their Dal Tadka and roti. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Such homely dal that I could eat it every single day! The roti tastes like the kinds we ate Punjab- whole wheat with a little ghee on it. Highly recommended based on what I’ve had!“

“I recently discovered Chup Chaap and I’m so impressed! This place serves authentic Punjabi dhaba-style cuisine that actually tastes like it came straight from Delhi. Every dish I’ve tried has been exceptional and packed with real flavor.
The Tandoori Chaap is perfectly marinated with an amazing smoky char, the Malai Chaap is incredibly tender, and the Amritsari Naan with Chole has the most generous, satisfying portions. The Tandoori Paneer Tikka is also outstanding—the spice level is perfect and you can taste how much care goes into the preparation.
What I love most is that this isn’t Americanized Indian food. The flavors are bold and authentic, the food is always fresh, and the portions are generous. Plus, the prices are super reasonable for the quality you’re getting.
The service is fast and friendly, and they’re open until midnight every day, which is perfect for late-night cravings. Whether you order delivery, pick up, or eat in, they treat you well.
I’m definitely coming back—already planning my next order! If you want real, authentic North Indian food in the Bay Area, you need to try Chup Chaap. Highly recommend!“

“Tried Curry Pizza House recently, It's a small dine-in space with limited seating, so we opted for takeout instead.
We placed our order online for a large half-and-half pizza--one side butter chicken (their popular pick) and the other malai chicken. The ordering process was smooth, and our pizza was ready right on time, which made the experience super convenient.
For our first visit, we wanted to try their signature curry pizzas, though they do offer traditional options as well. We also added desi garlic sticks from their small plates menu--they have quite a good variety of sides and wings if you're looking to explore more.
Coming to the food:
* The butter chicken pizza was definitely the star. The curry base was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, and it was generously loaded with toppings.
* The malai chicken pizza was decent, but slightly on the sweeter side for my taste. My husband, however, really enjoyed it.
* The desi garlic sticks were good overall--they had a noticeable pesto flavor, though I wish the garlic was a bit more prominent. Still, something I'd order again.
The location is pretty accessible, and depending on the outlet, you'll usually find plaza-style parking nearby, which makes pickup easy and hassle-free.
Overall, it was a decent experience. While I enjoyed parts of the meal, I'll probably take my time before going back, as I'd like to explore other pizza spots that serve similar curry-style pizzas.“

“We recently hosted a wedding sangeet at Aria Banquet Hall, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. From the very beginning, the team was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Every query was answered with patience, and they guided us through the process—from initial planning to final touches like decor—with true professionalism and care. A special shout-out to Atinder, the manager, and her phenomenal team. Their service was fantastic throughout. What really stood out was their timely and smooth event management. When a last-minute situation arose that required quick action, Atinder didn’t hesitate—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled seamlessly and with grace. The food was exceptional, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into planning the menu. During the tasting, Atinder offered great suggestions that suited our multicultural crowd. Thanks to her insight, we were able to cater to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences, which our guests absolutely loved. Overall, Aria Banquet Hall provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. Kudos to Atinder and her entire team for making our wedding sangeet truly memorable. We are so grateful and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a well-run, elegant, and accommodating event space.“

“I ordered Chicken 65 and a mango lassi from this Telugu-style restaurant and picked them up in the evening. The place itself is nothing particularly fancy or special—just a typical neighborhood Indian restaurant that you might come across in the area.
The restaurant was fairly quiet around 6 p.m., and I only had to wait about five minutes for my order. The Chicken 65 arrived freshly prepared and piping hot. The portion size was generous, served with onions and lemon on the side. It was well-seasoned, spicy, and flavorful in a very typical South Indian style. Being deep-fried, it’s definitely an indulgent snack rather than a healthy one, but it was quite enjoyable.
The mango lassi was thick and creamy, made with mango pulp concentrate and yogurt. It was sweet but not overwhelmingly so, making it a good accompaniment to the spicy chicken.
Overall, it was a satisfying experience. Nothing extraordinary, but a typical basic spot for Indian food. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a Telugu-style restaurant, so the dishes tend to be hotter and spicier than many other Indian cuisines. If you enjoy Andhra or Telugu flavors and don’t mind some heat, this is worth trying.“

“What a nice surprise to find such high quality Indian food at the Great Mall! My husband and I shared a combo (chicken curry boneless) with garlic naan, and an order of samosa. Chicken curry and garlic naan was delicious!! No wait to be seated nor to be served. Go try this before the word gets out and it gets packed! We loved it.“
