“We requested an appetizer menu , they sent a whole list for us to choose from . We ordered dahi vada, papri Chaat, sandwiches, bread roll, pasta and Malai chicken. Everything turned out delicious. All the guests enjoyed the food. The communication was clear. We are so happy we found them and will definitely order again for other parties“
“Best decision to have dinner! Great food and very accommodating to persons level of taste in spice. It was a first for my boyfriend who loved the punjabi rice, chicken vindaloo, garlic nan bread and dessert! I had chicken tikki Marsala and white rice was fantastic! We will definitely go again! Wine list was good but only thing is I ordered a cocktail on their menu and they did not have a key ingredient in stock from bar??!! I would recommend the bar be better stocked with an item listed on their menu!“
“Hidden gem …. Literally ! LolBc The entrance is kind of hard to find. It’s tucked inside the form factor office building.I was delivering a load near by at us foods. Found this place on google dedicated to check it out Had to walk around the building to find it.There won’t be any signs and the phone number doesn’t work but glad I found it.Very quick & reasonably priced lunch optionsI got the grilled mackerelIt was about 12$Definitely coming back if I’m in the area“
“Tried this 6+ month old restaurant in my neighbourhood for thr first time, exceptional value for money. Despite the high quality of ingredients and the generous portions, the prices were incredibly reasonable, making it an accessible dining option for all.“
“During my inaugural visit to Savor, a contemporary Indian dining establishment nestled in Livermore, California, I opted for the Veg Dum Biryani for lunch, complemented by a side of Raita. Choosing to indulge in my meal amidst the tranquil ambiance of the outdoor patio, I was met with impeccable customer service from the staff, their attentiveness adding to the overall dining experience. As I savored each bite, it became evident that the culinary craftsmanship behind each dish was unparalleled. Savor exudes excellence in both service and cuisine, making it a noteworthy destination for those seeking a memorable dining experience.“
“Oh, the food! It was nothing short of divine. The extensive menu offered a wide range of authentic Indian dishes, each prepared with an exquisite blend of spices that tantalized my taste buds in the most delightful way. I particularly loved their signature [dish name], a mouthwatering symphony of flavors that I can’t wait to savor again.“
“After a long time a fine luxury restaurant (indian cuisine) we are seeing in pleasanton/dublin area. The taste is amazing, ambience is pretty good and service too. They have robotic trolleys/serving trays on which food arrives and then is served by waiters.“
“Cafe Taja exceeded my expectations! Muskan's impeccable service added a personal touch to my dining experience. The tea selection at Cafe Taja stands out as one of the finest in the area, boasting rich and aromatic flavors. Whether you're a tea enthusiast or just seeking a great cup, Cafe Taja delivers. I highly recommend this spot for its exceptional service by Muskan and its remarkable tea offerings. A definite must-visit for anyone craving quality beverages and warm hospitality!“
“The owners are very friendly, kind and accommodating. They always remember me and make an effort to talk to me and catch up. Besides the owners the food is outstanding. It is really hard to find good Indian food and this place is the best I have ever had and I have tried a lot. I now live in Mountain House and still travel to Pleasanton to get food from here. They always make my food spicy as I request very very spicy. I only wish that they had more locations. Try this place yesterday!“
“The food is very good. But the idea is serving in disposable wares is actually a bad idea. This is a case of good intentions but bad results. They should switch to stainless steel wares which is more eco friendly. Right now these disposable wares even if they a compostable (not sure ) will occupy spaceThey also have an issue with planning for the crowd. They are on the precipice of going down the tubes if they are not careful with crowd handling. Bay area has lots of options and no one has good experience with the service staffThe lady in the front (I believe the owner or owner spouse) must learn a thing or two about customer service. These people have to understand that they are not doing us the public any favors . That is the vibe this lady gives“
“My family and I went to Kailash Parbat to celebrate a birthday and had an amazing time. The waiters were extremely respectful and helpful, and the food was delicious. For reference, we ordered pani puri, Vada pav, aamchi Bombay sandwich, sev puri, bhalla papdi chaat, and their signature falooda. All the chat was crisp, flavorful, and fresh and the Bombay sandwich was reminiscent of the ones you get in India (probably the closest we've ever gotten to the OG taste in the States). The vada pav was just okay - mild eaters beware since it packs a punch. The restaurant was clean and the decorations were very cute! I've been to their location in New York as well and can say the one in Dublin has a more elevated interior and experience overall. Special shout-out the manager on site Ajit who was super accommodating and allowed us to change seats for our comfort and our waiter Leo who continuously checked in on us and made sure we had an enjoyable experience.“
“Wow! A vegetarian oasis for all vegan and vegetarians. The service was amazing, the food was delicious and the vibe is extremely chill and friendly. I got the spicy paneer wrap and my partner got the rice + aloo (bangan). I’ll def try their Hyderabadi Beryani next time I am around, totally recommend it for anyone who stops by Dublin for lunch/dinner. GET THAT CHAI!“
“Omg!! I am so glad we came to this place. Food was absolutely, DELICIOUSSSSS!! I wish I could eat more . I had one of the combos and my husband had a ghee masala dosa. So tasted many things, and all I can say is everything was great tasting. Service was great!! Smiling gentle servers, ambiance very welcoming and cozy. I will be visiting this place again and again and again and Ofcourse will share with as many people“
“A bit hidden in a shopping area, this is a gem of an Indian restaurant! The food is really high quality, tastefully presented and with rich flavor. The chaat appetizers are delicious, and the main courses are just spiced right. And don't forget to drink a sweet or mango lassi with dinner. The service was super friendly! Warmly recommended!“
“We became regular customers as the taste is always consistent and close to family food taste. We sometimes takeout if we are not feeling well as the food is very kid friendly. The manager and staff are excellent and always taking care of customers. The cleanliness of environment and staff are the reason we chose to go here. Wish they grow big and hats off to the team. The kitchen is super clean and love veg options.“
“We tried this place today. Ordered pani puri, masala puri, dahi puri , muntha masala and an egg puff. All the dishes are excellent. The pani puri was really good. The egg puffs was nice and flavorful reminiscent of puffs I've had back in the day. Muntha masala is a must try item from them. I havent seen this in this bay area. This reminded me of my childhood.“
“What a hidden gem! 10/10 recommend. Great service and what an idea… Indian food on pizza?? I mean come on. The butter chicken pizza and the Bombay pizza were delicious. I am only here for the weekend and we are already planning on coming back.“
“Amravathi is a great spot for tasty Indian food. They have a wide menu with options for everyone, including vegetarians and meat lovers. I loved their Pepper Fry Chicken and Mutton Sukka. Prices are reasonable, making it a good choice for families.“
“We were in a mood for a pizza, and decided to go with Tandoori Pizza. Per recommendation of the host, we had Chicken Tikka pizza. It was a perfect combination of spicy, cheesy, and a perfect crust. Definitely recommend to try it if you want to try a pizza with a different spin.“
“best indian pizza in town. we ordered light cheese because we like light cheese pizza and we got discount for that . i was surprised. pizza taste very good. no extra charges for ranch. kind employee. excellent customer service. will definitely come back on weekends.“
“The new and improved Everest Momo. We had visited in the past and liked the fried rice, noodles, and momo. I was craving some spicy fried rice so we decided to visit. When we walked in, we realized this was not the Everest we remembered from 6 months ago. We chose a table and then received a completely overhauled menu. There were so many choices and lots of them looked delicious. We went with the veg biryani, tandoori aloo, and laccha paratha. We asked for things to be made spicy. Everything was delicious and the sauces were fantastic. Before we left, we were already making plans to return.“
“I have been here quite a few times and i love the concept of this place. I love the katti rolls, the burritos and the Pizza. Not a great fan of masala fries but the ones mentioned above were good to taste. Ambience is okay, the staff is a bit slow to take orders and needs to work on their communication skills. Over all i like this place. Seeing so many reviews about food poisoning is a little concerning to me, so I request the owner to double click on that and address those concerns. I haven’t had such a bad experience but these reviews can overshadow the great concept, food and taste this place offers especially the katti rolls which is a rare find in the bay area.“
“Came with daughter and her friends, they absolutely loved it!First, the appetizers. We started simple- gobi manchurian and a chaat Papdi; but the gobi was so good we ended up ordering a second.Ordered myself a mojito and Shirley temple and lassis for the table, absolutely top of the line. The entrees came next. The Kadai paneer has amazing spice, although for my daughter’s friend it was a little too spicy. Veg biryani was class. Also bought us a kofta curry, but portion sizes were very good so we were not able to finish, but the dish itself was excellent.5/5, easily one of the best Indian restaurants in the Bay Area“
“We liked the restaurant experience here. The variety is amazing given how limited the seating space is. A lot of it was takeaways like I observed by sitting there.Tried the Benne Dosa, Thatte Idli, and their complimentary free coffee.Benne Dosas are 2 pieces in a plate, and more like plain uttapam in my opinion. The image of Benne Dosa in my mind was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This was soft on all sides. Taste was good, and very reasonably priced. No issues there, but too much quantity for me. I wanted to try other things also but I was full.Thatte Idli was awesome. The amount of ghee and podi they give is really generous. Will surely come again to try other Dosa varieties and appetizers. Haven't shopped at the grocery section yet. Maybe next time!Check out my Instagram food page @veggie_central for more delicious stuff!“
“Quality of food was great, and everything including chutneys seemed to be freshly prepared.I recollect the quality had taken a dip after they reopened after the pandemic, when they lost their original cooks. But, this time, everything tasted authentic, and the service was swift and courteous. They came a few times to see if we liked the food, and offered free refills for Sambar , Chutneys etc.Ambience was great, well lit, tastefully decorated, clean washrooms etc.We had been going to Mylapore over the past months, to follow the craze and hype...Every-time waiting for 45 minutes to be assigned a cramped table, and offered a limited range of menus, and servers not caring to have any feedback whatsoever..However, decided not to go with the confirmation bias this time.. and came here instead..And glad that we did, and will be coming here more often.“
“Dined at Frontier Spice Indian Cuisine last night. The flavors were an absolute delight, and the service was impeccable. Tried their signature dishes, and each one was a burst of authentic Indian spices. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming. A memorable culinary journey that I look forward to repeating soon!“
“Probably the best Indian food in the valley-that I've had so far. Can't comment on the restaurant itself as I had delivery. Chicken korma, which is my go to, was delicious. The rice was a generous serving, and it was plump, moist, and fresh, which isn't always a thing, especially when you order delivery.“
“Ordered chicken bryriani and idli with sambar. The biryani was very flavorful and delicious with lots of juicy chicken falling off the bone, tender. The idly was very soft and the sambar was full of vegatables and perfectly spicy the way I like. It is served on a banana leaf which is nice. Portion size is good.“
“The servers in here takes special care of providing options of different spice level. I love the Appakadai chettinad cuisine(spicy) made to my level of heat tolerance. They also have breakfast menu for the weekends. They ocassionally have a nice spread of traditional dishes during Indian festivities.Recently they have started happy hours from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Love the food! Enjoy!!Vegetarian options: Good option ?“
“I stumbled upon Chat Cafe in Dublin City and was delightfully surprised by the hidden gem! The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. But the real star of the show was the Desi snacks - oh my! The flavors were explosive and transported me straight to the streets of India. The samosas were crispy perfection, and the chai tea was expertly brewed. I was blown away by the authenticity and quality of the snacks, and the generous portions left me feeling satisfied but not too full. The cafe itself was clean and welcoming, with comfortable seating areas perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. I highly recommend Chat Cafe to anyone craving a taste of India in the heart of Dublin City. Five stars and I can't wait to return for another snack attack!“
“Tried this place for the first time and i am a fan! I got the paneer parantha which was both hot and fresh. The white butter was also delicious as well as the raita. Reasonable price point and also good portion sizes! I will be back to try the rest of the menu, very excited to have found a new favorite north indian restaurant in the area.“
“The food, service and ambience - all were great! We had paneer tikka, dal makni, and malai kofta along with the kadai paneer. The quantities were decent and taste was delicious. We ended the meal with kulfi Falooda which was one of the best I have had in Bay Area. Two things that need to be improved: Aam Panna drink had too much sugar and felt artificial. And then Masala tea was lukewarm and taste was not good either.“
