“The food is authentic and very flavorful. We had a very different kind of food. The servers were very nice and friendly. The service was awesome. We had fried momos, chicken biryani, wai wai and chicken curry. Mind blowing taste. I highly recommend this place.“
“Incredibly delicious South Indian Telugu style* food ... Felt as if I was dining at a Telugu friend's house! I took the Thali while my kids ate Poori. I couldn't stop eating and asked for extra serving of rice, rasam, dal and a special ? chutney called here as pachdi. First time here but I think we will become regulars ?.* Mostly Telugu style but there were other items like Chole, Paneer etc.“
“Being a food enthusiast, I often prioritize quality and taste over budget constraints. However, this place pleasantly surprised me with its budget-friendly offerings. The mesmerizing view of the river served as the perfect cherry on top. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. The only thing that concerned me was, the quality of Dahi Bhalla and Rasgulla. They tasted and smelled funny, as if they were stale.“
“One of the best Indian food spots in the area! I have yet to try their lunch buffet (which looks great) but I came for dinner and was very pleased! Huge portions and greats flavours alike. Prices are reasonable with great service and cleanliness. Will be coming back!“
“Pretty decent Indo-Chinese food. Good folks running a food truck business which is exceptionally hard to manage. The taste reminds me of the great Chinese we used to get at University circle in Pune. If you like Indo-Chinese you gotta try them out. They are in San Ramon during the Saturday Farmer Market hours. Have some seating available in case you like to eat vs take out. They do carry pani puri too which was surprisingly good. All in all - must try place.“
“I always stop here when nearby, the shopkeepers are always very nice and informative, I've tried many new fruits and vegetables just from their suggestions. They stock a great selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, young plants for sale, and also serve a buffet for lunch and dinner. Definitely worth a stop by, even if you're on the bike or out for a stroll.“

“Do not understand the low ratings. Went on a Saturday night in a group of about 20. We all had the buffet which was small but delicious. I can imagine the $30 for the dinner buffet is a bit excessive for the smallish offerings but quality over quantity always wins. I like the variety of appetizers, the indo Chinese was good and fresh naans served at the table noteworthy. Desserts were a bit lacking though the gajar halwa was good. I'd visit again.“
“The food at this establishment is truly one-of-a-kind, boasting an incredible taste that left us in awe. The variety of options available was impressive, providing a multitude of choices to satisfy all palates. In addition, Jai, the restaurant manager delivered excellent service and showcased an extensive knowledge of the diverse menu items. It's safe to say that we will definitely be returning for another memorable dining experience.“
“Biriyani Junction is one of our favorite places for some Naan and curry. Our favorite is Butter chicken, we go there at least once a month for the same food. They also have great cakes. If you love Indian pastries, you must try the cakes here. They also have some good snacks to take home, we have tried some cookies and they are good too. Overall a nice family friendly place to have a quick tasty bite.“
“The Gurkha Kitchen is a mini chain selling Nepalese halal eats. It opened where Pho Viet was. Interior mostly unchanged save for the added pics on walls & a flatscreen. Light music in background. Greeted upon arrival, assigned table, given menu. I ordered quickly. Food cooked to order. Came in 10ish minutes. Offerings (Nepalese version): appetizers, Nepali Khaja set, Thakali Thali, desserts, tandoori, momos, veg./non veg. entrees, Indo Chinese, rice & biryani, drinks, beers. Eats: Khasi ko Sekuwa (18.99) country style BBQ goat. Marinated with many Himalayan herbs/spice -served with sliced carrots/cucumbers, red onions, cilantro, potato salad. Lightly battered, had nuanced flavors of spicy, tanginess, subtle sweetness. -accompanied by large serving of lightly fried pieces of rice, jalepeno slices, mucho peanuts, -comped nicely made chai. Didn't pair with BBQ. Was informed when ordering it's "bar food". It sure was filling. Took most of it to go. Yummy it was. 4.5 stars: most diverse Nepalese ever seen! So far great food at 2 locations. Worth repeating...“
