I am Chinese but I am not new to India food. Among all India buffet in the Tri-Valley area, I would give Pakka Local the highest ranking with their authenticity, taste, ambiance, and variety.

I have never seen a chef as patient as Chef Harish Bangari. He always listens carefully to the customers’ requirements and prepares delicious food according to their preferences. Even if a customer has a food allergy or dietary restriction, he always finds a way to create a tasty and safe dish. His dedication, patience, and passion for cooking truly make him an outstanding chef.
Their lunch buffet was great. Nice briyani, appetizer, and food was good.. desserts were also nice, mango mousse, fruit custard. Kids loved the chocolate fountain with marshmallows and cake. Thank you.
