“Food is great more of a authentic Southern Indian Cuisine. With that said it's spicy but although you can request it to be mild but still spicy for my taste.
Feel sorry for one person taking orders, serving, cleaning, answering calls, taking payment. And that's it, she was so busy that when It was time to pay, she actually changed us the bill from another table.
Over all experience, we were not rushed to complete our food and pay, we actually with our group for 2 5 hours.
Will we go back, sure, but not any time soon. Enjoy...“
“Had an amazing experience at Desi Food On Fire in Tracy. Everything we tried tasted incredibly authentic and full of flavor. The vada pav was absolutely on point with soft pav and perfectly spiced filling. But the real standout for us was the stuffed chole kulche, which tasted just like proper North Indian street food. You can tell the food is made fresh and with care. Definitely one of the best Indian food truck experiences we’ve had in the area. Highly recommend!“

“Pretty AWSOME food and service. The only negative comment is that the cucumber Raita was too salty. Even replacement tasted same . However, They did not charge for it. My wife Judy who is more picky than I am liked the food. A pleasant surprise!
Servings were generous.
We were on our way to Los Angeles. This place was recommended by the hotel manager.
Great experience. No charge for tea!!

“I had the Tellicherry Chicken Dum Biryani at Kovalam Restaurant in Tracy this weekend, and it was outstanding. I have tried dum biryani from almost all the Indian restaurants in Tracy, but this one truly stands out.
They use traditional Kaima rice, a short-grain, fragrant rice from Kerala that is different from the long basmati rice most people are used to. The grains are small, soft, slightly plump, and absorb the spices beautifully, giving the biryani a rich, layered flavor in every bite. It makes the dish taste authentic and deeply satisfying.
The chicken was tender and lightly shallow-fried before being layered into the dum, which gave it an amazing texture and depth of flavor. The spices were perfectly balanced, and the aroma was incredible. You can really taste the attention to detail by owner-operator Chef Philip.
It reminded me of authentic Dum biryani back home.
Highly recommend everyone to give it a try. If you want true Tellicherry (Malabar)-style Dum biryani in Tracy, this is the place.“

“Dined at Paradise Restaurant and it was nothing short of exceptional. The chicken and goat biryani were beautifully layered with spices, cooked to perfection, and had that unmistakable Hyderabadi aroma that brings comfort with every bite.
The murgh tangdi was expertly grilled — juicy inside with just the right char. And the Apollo fish was a flavorful delight — crispy, spicy, and incredibly satisfying.“

“Every time I visit Resunga Momo Food Truck, Thaman makes the experience unforgettable. He’s welcoming, fast, and always has a positive attitude. The momos are delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, but his customer service is what keeps me coming back. Truly one of the best food truck experiences ever!“

“Had the Kadai chicken, garlic naan, curry veggies, saffron rice. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. I also had their signature mango drink. It was good as well.“
