“I’m here in Tracy working out of town for construction work and am staying close to this place. I did a quick google search and was craving a mom & pop pizza spot. I found this and noticed that I was the only one inside when I walked in. I was greeted by a friendly employee and a bright easy to read menu with a variety of different pizza and appetizer options. I’ve never been to a pizza restaurant with an Indian infused vibe and cuisine, and it was absolutely delicious. I was craving a Hawaiian pizza, and ordered that plus the Indian style garlic bread. The toppings were fresh, everything was piping hot, and I was completely satisfied. The atmosphere inside was calm and pleasant. If you’re local here you have to try this spot, the service was outstanding too. Show them some love.“

“The food tastes very authentic and not dry like other halal places. Fries are cooked fresh on the spot so it comes out hot. The cashier was kind to us and gave us multiple handfuls of ketchup. Overall the atmosphere felt homey and warm, would try again.“

Finding a place with authentic Levantine Mediterranean cuisine is a treat in this area, but the afghan or Iranian music doesn’t suit the vibe and kind of throws off the atmosphere. So close!“

“I got wonton soup takeout..... this HIT dude it had so much meat and wontons and was perfect for my sick self. It was lacking a little bit of depth but honestly I'm glad it wasnt too much. The wontons were yummy. The ladies in there are very friendly as well. Will come back for more :)“

I ordered the LARP salad and a side of sticky rice, it was so good I ate every drop of it. Very good flavors very nice service. Friendly people and you can keep an eye on your car from the dining area.“

The quesabirrias are the top tier, we ordered the birria ramen and tacos for kids.
They were spot on!
Desserts are on another level too, nothing beats those flans.

“I’m hardly ever in Downtown, but when I am—I like to visit this place when I don’t feel like cooking dinner.

Their Rib-eye steak was amazing, cooked perfectly and seasoned well. We also got the Philly Cheese Steak BURGER. You heard that right—one of the best creations made. Delicious. That’s all you need to know.

Quick service, didn’t have to wait too long either. Will be back as always!“

“I have been going to this restaurant for almost 18yrs now, probably had everything on the menu and never once did I get a bad meal. Prime Rib best in town and Broasted Chicken is off the hook. Service has always been great.“

“I’m from Sacramento, come through Tracy often. Found this star bread place closest one to San Ramon.
Let me say this, their star bread is amazing!!! But!! Every time I have came here the service is really slow, so if your in a hurry be prepared to wait a bit before you get help or your bread that’s why I gave a 4 stars.“

As a vegetarian, I ordered the veggie chicken pho with tofu spring rolls, and everything was delicious.

The pho was warm, flavorful, and packed with lots of veggies - exactly what I was craving. The spring rolls were tasty and fresh, though I think they could have used some sprouts to really elevate them.

The service was excellent, and my fiancé really enjoyed his chicken fried rice as well. We both got Thai teas and they were perfectly sweet and flavorful. We were both impressed and happy with our meals.

I'll definitely be ordering from here again in the near future. This is officially my new favorite restaurant in Tracy!“

“When you walk in you feel the warm welcoming friendly energy of the Island people. Everyone was so kind and polite and all seemed to enjoy their job and working together. It’s the only place I have found here in Tracy that sells Malasadas (delicious doughnuts). Their chicken teriyaki bowls are another go to favorite of my family. Definitely recommend.“

“Do not let the construction site fool you, they are very open! Took my mom there for lunch midweek and was treated to excellent customer service by the owner. We got the Chefs Family meal for 2. Started with soup, broth was excellent. Cream cheese ragoons and shrimp tempura next, both excellent. Pork chow mein, pork fried rice and sweet and sour pork to round out our meal. All of it was fresh and hot and the pork at such great flavor.
We have been eating at Happy Dragon since the early 90s and it has changed ownership four times. The quality and freshness is still there. Large portions and fresh food. We both went home with had to go box for lunch the next day.

“Stopped by here on the way up Nor Cal. 10 minutes off the 5 fwy. Don’t let the dumpy strip mall fool you. This place didn’t disappoint! Kids got ramen and I got the pink dragon roll. Everything was really fresh and tasty. Really good. Hubs ordered the Washington roll and he enjoyed it. Anything with the brown sauce and spicy mayo is delish in my opinion! We also got a rainbow roll. Everything tasted delicious. Only $75 with tax for all that. Would easily come back again if we happened by the area.“

“The food tastes home made unlike most Chinese restaurants where they taste like they use frozen chicken nuggets. They have huge portions and a friendly staff. They included all the sauces and even things like tea in the bag which was a nice touch. It's definitely worth a try.“

It’s a family owned business where the cook has 23 years experience which resulted in him buying the place. Only a few months into the ownership, he is doing well with consistent food and repeat customers. No worries that you are going to get a different cook every time. He is the only cook who knows what he’s doing. He even has a signature garlic butter. In fact, he makes everything. Not some chain restaurant that uses mass production food from who knows where. Anyway, give it a shot. It could become your fav.“
