This is the best Vietnamese food Tracy has had in years. I ordered the Lemongrass Beef Stir Fry with Rice. The aroma and presentation was amazing. The previous owners a couple years ago let the place go, so I’m glad these folks have taken the restaurant to a new level. If you’re looking for a Pho spot that could compete with Viet restaurants in Westminster, give Pho Town a try.

Never had a pho anywhere in Tracy, except this one. We needed to eat soup coz my son needed soft diet and very hungry after dental appt. He's requesting for a soup which we usually went for a ramen, when we get to a Ramen's place, its closed, we are early that day. So we had to go for a walk and look for something else. Good thing they are open and have PHO! We ordered the beef pho with bone, omg. My son loved it with his rice and soup - then swallow, chewing not allowed yet!...read full review
