“We traveled from our home out of town to try this restaurant for the first time as we often dine at hulas next door. We weren’t disappointed! We were greeted when we entered . It was a Sunday around 11:00 am and the small dining area was occupied so we chose to sit at the counter. Service was quick and the coffee was hot and well brewed. We had the blueberry waffle platter, apple cinnamon waffle with a half side of biscuits and Gravie. . A whole order is 4 large biscuits. Everything was plated exceptionally well and delicious! The waffle batter must be a special recipe because I’ve never tasted one as good as those we ate today when we order them in other restaurants! All the servers were friendly, attentive and we were acknowledged when we left also. We have definitely found our new diner even though we live out of town 40 minutes away!“

The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the quality of the food is on par with some of the best spots I’ve visited in the city. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. Chef Jay is an absolute gem—friendly, passionate, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. We had some great conversations, and his positive energy shines through in both his hospitality and his food. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. A hidden Gem.“

“This place is fun. The food was great and the atmosphere fun but the staff was a bit off. We ordered extra ranch and paid for it, but they only had part of the order. They said they'd bring it out, once it was prepared but we had to ask multiple times to get it. Our pizza was gone by the time it was ready and we had to go get it.. If the place had been busy, I would have understood but it was a very slow night.“

“Walked in and was greeted right away by Carmen. Server was very nice and helpful. I forge his name. But taller gentleman. But it felt so nice and welcoming. Carmen came by a few times and checked on us. Talked to my wife and kids. Made us feel like locals. Highly recommend a visit to Oakdale huckleberry’s. The food was amazing too.“

Lots of yummy options which made my choices much harder than normal. My mouth is watering right now from the good smell. Atmosphere feels like a place you can find in China than America.“

“It was my First time trying Pho Bac Noodle Palace, and it did not disappoint! 🍜 I got the large combo pho, and they definitely don't skimp on the portions. Tons of meat, great flavor, and all for under $17.

They have a rotation of many flavors, with 5 on tap each day, and you can get a flight. The place is simple and inviting, even though you're in a parking lot. Food is by food truck and varies day to day.“

“I've never had shabushabu before and it was amazing! So many choices of everything! It's buffet and ridiculously delicious. So much food and so healthy too. “It’s amazing how good the Thai food is here considering it’s located Turlock CA. Turlock is dominated by taquerias and Indian cuisine. It’s nice to have something different. If you’re not familiar with Thai food just order a plate of Pad Thai noodles. I hope this restaurant is here for years to come!“

“I’m not gonna lie, my first time ever visiting a Texas Roadhouse was terrible. It wasn’t on my list of go to’s of places to eat. My husband wanted to go there so I dealt with it. When we got there it was beyond packed! We were told 30 mins we got seated in 15 mins our waiter David told us it would be about 20 mins for our meal. (Given how packed it was) we got our food fairly quick I’d say 10/15 mins. i noticed how quick they got food in and out and for tables cleaned for the next guest. Very well put together. We were greeted by Daniel the manager I believe and he stated for a bit and chatted with us (we’re not approachable people where people try talking to) he brought up metal music and festivals. It was nice little chat. I’d definitely come again. I approve the service all together this place was phenomenal even as packed as it was.“
