This is one of my favorite places to stop and pick up dinner on my way home. I usually call ahead, and my order is always ready when I get there, which makes it so convenient.
Their carne asada burritos are my favorite and, in my opinion, even better than any taco truck I’ve tried. The food is consistently delicious, the customer service is always great, and it’s such a wonderful local restaurant in the heart of Modesto, right next to McHenry Village.
We can confirm a five-star rating. The experience is well worth the travel. The food is great, and the staff is outstanding.
Wow! You cant beat this food with the prices that they have. I almost want to keep this to myself as a hidden gem. You have to try their crispy tacos with carnitas meat combo.

Casa Adobe offers excellent food with very good prices, described as a hidden gem. The menu features crispy tacos with carnitas meat combo, fluffy pancakes, ranhero eggs, delicious hash-browns, and the best asada burrito. The food taste is very unique and distinct. Service is fast, friendly, and attentive, with English and Spanish speaking staff. The atmosphere is nice, with a local, welcoming feel. Horchata comes in huge glass mugs, and chips and dip are served without asking. Parking is a little small on the property but reasonable for how big the place is. The temperature can be a little hot on a summer day, but it is to be expected. Highly recommended.
