Their pizza is freaking delicious and their menu is huge, lots of delicious options. They are super clean inside and everyone who works there is friendly. They are quick to complete your order and is still my family’s favorite pizza place!”

“My first time at Picasso’s was yesterday for lunch. I ordered the Rafael (French Dip) and a side of macaroni salad. My wife ordered the Kingman and a side of Tomato Pesto Soup. My wife enjoyed the Kingman stating that it was “On Point.” However, she has not stopped raving to everyone about the Tomato Soup. She likes it very much and stated it was the best Tomato Soup she has ever had. My sandwich was so delicious. And in our current state of affairs, where restaurants are raising prices while ignoring providing quality options, this is saying a lot.”

It fits well for a romantic dinner occasion or upscale dinner with friends. The waitress was very attentive, upbeat, nice, and helpful in choosing food options. We ordered the prime steak mushroom pasta as well as the bolognese pasta. Both were exceptionally good! They allowed me to sample different wines until I liked one which was very considerate. The chef went above and beyond! I loved our experience here, I hope to be back soon!”

“Nick the Greek is one of my favorite spots for fresh, flavorful Mediterranean food. The ingredients always taste fresh, the portions are generous, and everything is well seasoned. The gyros are delicious, the meats are tender, and the sides like the fries and pita are always on point. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick, whether dining in or taking out. Overall, it’s a great place for a satisfying and consistent meal. Highly recommend!”

They have GREAT prices for quality sushi ! I've gotten the pleasure of trying their spicy tuna hand roll & the crispy tempura roll , both AMAZING! “Yes we are open 24 hours 7 days a week this is July 1st 2022 Hi my name is Stephen and I actually work at Carl's junior On Oakdale road in Modesto I could tell you one thing that the food is real the chicken is actually hamburgered and dipped on the spot not bought like that We make it fresh and as you order this is one place I will always eat unlike other places where I get sick in McDonald's and a few others But the way I see it is you pay for what you get so little pricey but you're getting great food and real food food so is it worth it to me yes is it worth to save a few dollars and get sick not for me And yes we are open 24 hours 7 days a week”

“This place is well worth a visit! The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and served fresh. Expect to wait a bit while they prepare your food because they are freshly baking items like bread, calzones, etc. They serve freshly backed bread and provide oil and balsamic vinegar while you wait. The portions are generous and the flavors are rich!

This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but you will definitely find the food to be far beyond the outside appearance. While the bars on the windows can attest to this place maybe being in a slightly rough area of town, we went during the day and didn't really see anyone loitering on the streets.

I did ding the place a little for Atmosphere because of the appearance of the neighborhood in general, being a bit run down, the outside of the restaurant not looking like a nice restaurant (bars on the windows don't help), the inside not having booths, and the decor and ambience not quite hitting the marks. That being said, it is a restaurant and the food is completely worth the visit. Try it yourself and you'll know!”

“Listen, I am picky when it comes to Mexican food. My grandma‘s set the bar high. And there are two specific dishes that I always order at a new restaurant, and that is Caldo de Res and Chile Rellenos…these are basic dishes but I’m beyond snobby when it comes to them. If they mess these up then I will never go back. Lupita’s Homestyle Cocina exceeded my expectations. The chile relleno was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Lupitas only cooks caldo de res on Thursdays and it just so happened to be a Thursday when I ordered. The Caldo de Res tasted like home. I know she used the beef bones to make the broth because you can taste the oils. It was cooked to perfection with big chopped vegetables and nice sized chunks of beef. We also ordered the pick 3 and got Chile relleno, chicken enchilada, and a chicken chimichanga. It came with a nice sized helping of beans and rice. I got a monster burrito with beef and it was no joke! HUGE burrito and it had everything I wanted in a burrito (beef, whole beans, rice, cheese, guacamole, and pico de gallo. The sour cream was on the side and it was served with your choice of red or green sauce over it. Bomb. I got a flan for desert and oh my goodness. I seriously didn’t expect much because the food was good enough. But dang, that flan was spectacular. The perfect consistency and the Carmel top of the flan was so creamy and smooth. It didn’t have that burnt taste that a lot of flans have. All in all, I was impressed by every dish. I would say that the refried beans were a bit salty, but the Mexican rice more than made up for that. I took time to write this because it deserves praise and hopefully gains more business as its location is tucked away behind the KFC on Oakdale road.”

“A great burger. From my first year in the bay area there was something special about Nation's Giant Burgers, scattered around the East Bay. A juicy patty, cheese, with the fixings a nice clump of lettuce, onions and tomato, thick slab of cheese and pickles. Great thick fries, and pies.. seriously the best pie I ever had was at a Nation's. Their Strawberry Tart only offered when in season, is just large strawberries, a tasty almost shortbread crust and whipped cream. The one I had in 2001, days after 9/11, the strawberries were bursting with juice, almost like a jam, the skin barely holding, and. not too sweet, not too tart... In Plant City, Florida they have amazing strawberries.. previously the best I had ever tasted, but these, from a California Farm is what they said, are always going to be the best. �Other than their Strawberry Tart, I like their Banana Split, Banana Cream, Chocolate Cream, Pecan, Blueberry... well.. all of them. Never a bad choice. How I like my burger. Cheese, no dressing, grilled onions, light lettuce. Then I get hash browns and ham on the side (sometimes one egg also) and add them to the burger. Anyway. yes. 👍 more, again.”

Danzik was our server, and he went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and wanted. The best customer experience I have been shown in months. The homemade sauces will make your tastebuds dance. The owners are such wonderful and hardworking people and deserve all the blessings coming their way. This is a place you want to run to and try. This also is a Pepsi products only for drink selection. I'm a Coca Cola loyalist. Settled for Lemonade.
Going back for the sandwhich for sure.
Would like to see Sun Chips and other options for chips.

“Was my first time every trying CrabsIn UrPants. The food was amazing but for the price I paid I rather go to Bag O Crab. Not just that, that the tray I got was for it to have much more shrimp then what I go. My tray only came with 12 shrimps that was upsetting for the price I paid. Will I be going back again? “I went hoping to order 2 dozen cookies. It was my first visit and I had looked on line for a great bakery in my area who had white chocolate macadamia cookies, because they are one of my family members favorite. I stopped in around 10a. Looking at the picture online, it’s a little misleading, that the cookies are 11.50 per dozen. But that is only for ONE type of cookie. The WCM cookie is 42$ a dozen!! 3.50 a cookie.

I bought 2 cookies 1 WCM and a Snickerdoodle. Both moisture and fresh tasting, soft in the center like home made. the price point is a little high.”
