Cheerful service in a cheerful setting. We tried the fish and chips which were easily top 5 I've eaten with amazing tarter sauce and the root beer pulled pork with butternut squash bisque. The house iced tea has a light tropical flair, simply delicious. The peppermint hot chocolate cheese cake was my favorite of the desserts we took home to try. Will definitely return to try more.
I very rarely write reviews on Yelp! But was compelled to write this one by the sheer enjoyment of our visit. The interior of the restaurant reminds me of the many cafeterias I've eaten at while on business travel. The food is NOTHING like those places. I ordered the Root Beer Pulled Pork sandwich. The food and service was great. The kids got the grilled cheese with swaps of cheese allowed. The bartender was able to find a beer for this very non beer drinker. The pulled pork taco was a great combination of flavours and not fatty (sometimes pulled pork can be gross right? Not here!) there was a free arcade for my son to be entertained and the table spacing was roomy. Loved the wall art too! We'll make this a regular stop on our way to Yosemite for sure.
