and today i decided to give it a try, and WOW!!!! the authenticity of taste and ingredients blew me away.. SUPER GOOD - GREAT CLEAN EATING, you can taste the heart warming home meals in each bite.
reminds me of my maa cooking. i believe this is a lao or cambodian cuisine..
by far we’ve tried the chicken pad ka pao and a separate plate combination of fried rice / chow mein BEEF meat style!

“The quality took me back 10+ years. I have not tasted this legitimate quality of burrito and tacos in over a decade. Between the Bay Area, the Southern part of the Central Valley to the Modesto area. It's been over 10 years, and the best Burrito still REMAINS on 8th Street!

The burrito flavor sent chills down my spine, anchoring me to past memories to when quality was worth your money. Customer service I received was also top tier with positive, helpful, and cheerful attitude.

Stopped by in the morning which typically has some homeless strolling around which was typical years ago and apparently seems to have not changed. I'll have to return at night to see if the vibe is still there.

“First time coming and it won’t be my last! They make the pupusas to order! Everything tasted well seasoned and fresh. Staff was friendly and polite. There was a bit of wait but nothing crazy and definitely worth it because they are made to order. Order ahead of you are in a hurry. I loved every bite. We got the 3 pupusas special they have Monday/Friday. Loved it.“

“My favorite taco truck in town. Constantly every time. 5/5!! I get 3 Al Pastor tacos and it's just the right level of spice and feel good taste that you'd want on a taco. Only downside is other people are learning about it and it can get busy, but I'd happily wait for their food and I can see everyone one will happily wait for theirs too.“

“I went here because we drove by and I haven’t been to this flea market in a while. Walked around. Grabbed a churro and was hungry. Stumbled upon this place and I’m glad I did. I ordered a Gordita with asada and my wife ordered 2 tacos. Handmade tortillas and I tried 4 difference salsas. So good. So nice and warm and FRESH! This has to be my new favorite taco truck in Modesto flea market for sure! Thanks Martin and familia! Next time I’ll try the machete. The huge quesadilla! 10/10“

“I've ordered a few things from them. the last few were just so good I didnt want to stop eating but the portion is so big there is just no way. highly recommend their burritos, I had the one with the green chili on it, cant remember the name. The baked potato however, was so good I wanted to order another one a few days later. There are few places where you can get a really good baked potato. I promise they do not disappoint. Bring a friend, there is enough to share.“

The lids barely fit because he stuffed them so much. Money well spent and I recommend you try at least once if you like Mexican style seafood.“

The Tri Tip & Brisket was so juicy, so tender that I could use plastic fork to eat. The Macaroni and Cheese was delicious, the noodles are seasoned and that cheese was goey to perfection.
If you love cinnamon rolls, the yams are sweet like them. It’s not overpowering. It compliments the meal!! I loved the potato salad, expertly seasoned!! You can taste the potato and eggs, nothing falls short. Ohhhh and the ribs!! My Son loved them, he said Mom you have to try these. The first bite into the ribs and you get juice and flavor, tender fall off the bone goodness. Everything standing alone is a 10/10. But as a plate together makes this meal 100% food for the Soul. We will be in a food coma after this. I missed the corn bread but next time for sure, it looks incredible and I can’t wait to go again with my lunch buddy. Big thank you for helping us choose our sides. Everything was delicious. I was tempted to lick the plate clean. It’s that great. I highly recommend this amazing spot for those hungry looking for a filling meal.“

“Food is excellent especially when looking for seafood. Since this is a food truck, the only seating is outside so we recommend either pick up or when the outdoor weather is good. The shrimp cocktail variations were excellent and the mix of tacos we tried were also very good. We have also used calling ahead and picking up the order and had no issues with our order. Definitely a place that we will be coming back to routinely.“
