The vada pav was absolutely on point with soft pav and perfectly spiced filling. But the real standout for us was the stuffed chole kulche, which tasted just like proper North Indian street food. “We were visiting Tracy and decided to stop at Tacos El Paco. The owners are so sweet, and you can tell they truly take pride in their food truck. We tried the camarones, asada fries, a burrito, and aguas frescas. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. We only had time to snap a picture of the camarones and fries because we devoured the rest instantly. The aguas frescas were amazing, some of the best we have tried. This will definitely be our go to spot whenever we’re in town!“
