They grill the tortillas, most of the tortillas filling consists of meat with a touch on all the other tasty flavors. Texture, flavor and spice. Yum!“

“We were visiting Tracy and decided to stop at Tacos El Paco. The owners are so sweet, and you can tell they truly take pride in their food truck. We tried the camarones, asada fries, a burrito, and aguas frescas. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. We only had time to snap a picture of the camarones and fries because we devoured the rest instantly. The aguas frescas were amazing, some of the best we have tried. This will definitely be our go to spot whenever we’re in town!“
