“This taco place is actually a little mini taco truck outside of a business. I'm not sure if they are ever going to move into the building that they are parked next to but currently they are cooking tacos on a little mini trailer. They make tacos, tortoise And burritos I believe. There is a small seating area that is located outside. The husband does the cooking and the wife takes the money and adds the condiments, such as radishes, cilantro, lime, and whatever other condiments that they have there. I didn't have any interaction with the husband, but the wife was very pleasant. There was not a walk a long wait for my tacos either. Tacos are three dollars each and they have several meats to choose from. I chose the chicken and I was not disappointed by the amount of meat or condiments in my tacos. I have to admit this is the first time I've ever got tacos that were steaming hot. It was really nice to eat it when I did because it was very cold outside. This taco place is somewhat basic, not extravagant, but the food is incredibly tasty. If you're looking for something to eat quickly and you don't wanna do fast food, this is where you go. Quick hot food at a decent price.“
“Pretty fire. Saw their truck at a pumpkin patch and decided to give them a try. Didn't disappoint. Burrito was pretty damn big for sure and the sauce that you can add on the side was spicy and very delicious. It was pretty quick too I think it was ready in 5 minutes. Worth a try!“
“2/22/2022: New taco stand parked at the Micheal's Gas Station in Discovery Bay. They've been here for two weeks now and we're going to give this place a try. Dinner for two $28: birria taco combo $10, 3 street tacos $12 (pork & chicken) and chicken burrito bowl with no beans or rice. Chicken was slightly dry but everything else was pretty good. The tacos have a double corn tortilla come with the sliced radishes, grilled onions and jalapeños. Birria tacos had good flavor and crispy shell on the outside. I feel like they should offer chips with their food. We would try this place again.“
“Excellent food, fast service. Very consistent and helpful on the phone! Love this place. My only recommendation would be that if you decide to order for delivery you should use YELP. It is easier than Door Dash (which sucks). They have way better options too. Easy to order the food and it got here with no problem at all. DELICIOUS!!“
“What can I say? El asador is pretty damn good. A large selection from a food truck is actually insane & impressive. The food is good; though could be better in my opinion but that's also subjective. Prices are a bit high, but for a food truck, it's expected. Service; always quick and kind. This place is definitely a go-to when craving asada tacos, chicken tacos, barbacoa tacos, bowls, etc. The food is ready quick, which is always a plus for us busy humans. Though I can't give it a full 5 stars because of the flavor in my opinion, I'm sure others can, which should be reason enough for new people to try!“
“Very very yummy food. I've tried many of their items but my go to is the quesotacos.I try to come out when they are near especially when I can grab some after work, rain or shine! I have to get two just so I have leftovers later in the evening. :) one is enough but you'll regret not having more. The owners are amazingly friendly, always with a smile, and they will remember you! If you see their truck out at an event Go Go Go! You will not be disappointed!Dietary restrictions: I can't have cilantro and they always make my tacos without with no problems at all.“
