Get away from all the Americanized Mexican food on every corner. This place is the real deal: Simple menu, great food made from scratch. Try the Al pastor tacos (marinaded pork) and branch out from there. Mexican Coke, every person in the place (staff and customers) tonight was hispanic, it is integrated with a Mexican food mini-mart next door. It is like walking into a modest small restaurant in Puerto Vallarta . I don't think a tourist has ever been there. A true hidden gem.“

“I was raised in Atlanta and grew up with amazing southern home cooking. Besides a few places in Oakland and SF, I rarely come across soul food and it’s usually just not as good as what I grew up with. Chase’s fried fish is incredible, and I say that with all my heart! Fresh as could be, with that perfect crunchy batter, without any fishy taste and not over cooked or burnt in any way. Me and my band enjoyed every piece without a single bone to be found. We were at Pear Fair in Courtland playing music at the festival and his food truck was right next to the stage. We kept wondering what was smelling so darn good. “It’s decent I got 3 tacos and a bottle coke costed $12 dollars the tacos are 2.50 so guess my coke was 4.50 . Got a really small container with my 3 tacos was disappointed in the portion for 2.50 a taco I expected full size corn tortilla but was small street taco tortilla so the tacos are small can eat in 2 or 3 bites lol . I won’t be back across street by Valero another truck has 2.50 tacos but full size corn tortillas“

“I picked up lunch here today and let me tell you their tacos are spectacular! I got 5 tacos de carne asada, and they were one of the best tacos I have tried in a long time. I say a long time because I hardly stop at taco trucks because they're always full of people. This place in general wasn't packed at all and I placed an order and recieved it less then 15 mins in and out fast and easy. The tacos were so good they were made with a crisp finish, and they really showed some love in what they were doing. I'll definitely come here again next time.“
